We are looking for a VP – Business Development to identify and develop business, sales, and growth strategies for the company’s products and services working from India.
In addition, you will be expected to manage a team of BDMs and provide monthly , quarterly and yearly targets in line with the company's vision and goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the highest level of guidance for all Sales & Marketing activities and outcomes.
- Lead a team of business development managers (and their direct reports) and digital marketing exec’s.
- Outline and approve marketing collateral (including strategic direction of social and web presence) to ensure it is aligned with organizational vision and goals.
- Develop sales strategies, go-to-market strategies, sales plans and strategies to achieve goals.
- Defining and managing Sales budgets.
- Define KPIs and CSFs for the Sales & Marketing teams.
- Analyze and monitor the market and industry trends and bring thought leadership through strategic positioning.
- Outline and Manage the digital marketing activities and ensure they are targeted towards the ideal customer profile.
- Manage the lead generation activities.
- Identify potential clients/brands to offer them our services.
- Outline, Define and Manage marketing campaigns.
- Create sales pitches about Hiringhood and effectively present them to prospective clients.
- Maintain excellent customer and account relations and expand outreach to other potential areas in the client's organization.
- Come up with plans to increase revenue and surpass monthly targets.
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teams to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
- Identify, participate & lead conferences specific to Hiringhood’s Vision & Goals.
- Represent Hiringhood in various forms of Media
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Should have extensive knowledge in recruitment lifecycle sales and client acquisition.
- Need experience in technology sales, staffing, consulting services, a strong background in business development, and customer relationships.
- Need experience closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Be a strong leader and have an acumen to communicate with senior management.
- Should have strong communication skills, articulation, and presentation skills
- Conflict resolution and ability to take ownership and motivate a team.
- A go-getter, who is hungry to be a part of the fabulous growth story
- Open to work in a start-up. Experience in sales, marketing and relationship building. Excellent communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills.
