We are looking for a high-performing business development manager to help us meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets for the newly launched SaaS business division. The software is a mobile productivity suite to improve the operational efficiency of truck owners in road transportation. It's first of the three products that will form the new business division 'Wheels on Cloud' inside the company. They will be responsible for maximising sales team potential, crafting sales plans and creating new channels for expansion for the Fleet product. • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the field sales team in South India • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base in fleet owner segment and ensure its strong presence • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives • Identify alternate sales channel opportunities in the market via business partner programs to expand the out-reach of the SaaS product Requirements • 3-4 years’ sales experience.
