About the Role
We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Receptionist & Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front office operations while effectively interacting with customers over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and maintain a professional front office environment.
- Answer and manage incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate project information.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments and site visits.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and follow-ups.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the enquiry process.
- Handle basic administrative and office coordination tasks.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate preferred.
- Female candidates.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Reception, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Front Office.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Sales Manager – Real Estate
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team in Bachupally, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong sales abilities, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to independently handle customer enquiries, conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and successfully close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through various channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers promptly.
- Meet clients and explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle client meetings independently.
- Customer-focused with a professional and presentable personality.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
