Job Title: Business Development Executive – AI Consulting SalesLocation: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive – AI Consulting Sales to join our growing Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for our AI consulting services. The role requires someone who can confidently engage with clients at a strategic level while possessing a solid understanding of AI concepts and consulting frameworks.
Responsibilities:Proactively identify prospective clients and understand business needs, challenges, and AI consulting opportunities.
- Map client pain points to AI consulting capabilities and service offerings.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, to closure.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client requirements, ensuring seamless communication.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions and compelling proposals.
- Stay updated on AI trends, industry use cases, and the competitive landscape.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, and client interactions.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and business development KPIs.
Requirements: 3 – 5 years of B2B consulting sales experience.
- Proven track record of selling consulting services (not product sales).
- Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technologies.
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and understand AI terminology.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Experience managing complete B2B sales cycles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Good to HaveExperience in AI, Data, or Technology Consulting firms.
- Exposure to enterprise accounts and C-suite stakeholder management.
- Understanding of AI project scoping, consulting engagements, and delivery models.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Frontend Engineering with strong expertise in React.js and Svelte.js to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who can drive frontend architecture, guide engineering teams, establish development standards, and collaborate closely with product, UX, backend, and architecture teams.
- Requirements: A minimum of 7+ years of experience in software/frontend application development.
- Strong hands-on development experience with React.js.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Svelte.js and/or SvelteKit.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript.
- Solid experience of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Responsive Web Design, and Modern frontend development practices
- Strong experience developing reusable UI components and component libraries.
- Experience with frontend state management solutions such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, and Svelte Stores
- Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and API communication.
- Strong understanding of frontend application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with Git-based source-control platforms.
- Experience with modern build and development tools such as Vite, Webpack, npm, Yarn, or pnpm
- Experience with unit and frontend testing frameworks.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
