Designation- Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Better Analytics Pvt Ltd (Scremer). The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our user base, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and developing innovative strategies to promote Scremer.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The person in this role will lead the development of new business opportunities that support our overall growth strategy for our Software products and services.
  • Perform marketing strategies, Initiate discussions with the employers/companies through emails, calls, campaigns, and scheduled meetings, and apply other techniques to acquire new clients.
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration of business development initiatives.
  • Create sales pitches about Scremer and effectively present them to employers/company SPOCS.
  • Act as the face of Scremer in various industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Represent the brand professionally and effectively communicate its value proposition.
  • Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
  • Set up a sales pipeline and automate the sales process using tools like Odoo, Zoho CRM.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales.

  • Need experience closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Should have strong communication skills, articulation, and presentation skills
