Roles & Responsibilities:

· We are looking for a Senior Data Engineering who will be majorly responsible for designing, building and maintaining ETL/ ELT pipelines.

· Integration of data from multiple sources or vendors to provide the holistic insights from data.

· You are expected to build and manage Data warehouse solutions, designing data models, creating ETL processes, implementing data quality mechanisms etc.

· Performs EDA (exploratory data analysis) required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.

· Should have experience in client interaction.

· Experience in mentoring juniors and providing required guidance.

Required Technical Skills

· Extensive hands on experience in Python, Pyspark, SQL, Dataiku.

· Strong experience in Data Warehouse, ETL, Data Modelling, building ETL Pipelines, Snowflake database.

· Working knowledge in Databricks, Redshift, ADF etc.

· Hands-on experience in cloud services like Azure, AWS- S3, Glue, Lambda, CloudWatch, Athena.

· Sound knowledge in end-to-end Data management, Data ops, quality and data governance.

· Familiar with SFDC, Waterfall/ Agile methodology.

· Strong domain knowledge in Pharma domain/ life sciences commercial data operations.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or master’s Engineering/ MCA or equivalent degree.

· 5-7 years of relevant industry experience as Data Engineer.

· Experience working on Pharma syndicated data such as IQVIA, Veeva, Symphony; Claims, CRM, Sales etc.

· High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, self-organized and personal initiative.

· Ability to work collaboratively and providing the support to the team.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

This is a founding Product Manager role at EquityList, where you will own the end-to-end product thinking, from problem discovery and impact analysis to PRDs, execution, and adoption.

This is a hands-on, zero-to-one role designed for someone with 3–5 years of Product Management experience, who can balance strategy and execution, work directly with engineering and leadership, and stay deeply connected to customers and data.

Your success will be measured not just by what gets built, but by how well customers adopt, understand, and derive value from it.

What You’ll Do

1. Product Discovery & Research

• Engage directly with customers at a granular level to understand workflows, pain points, and behavioral patterns.
• Synthesize inputs from customers, sales, support, market trends, and competitors into clear problem statements.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to validate assumptions and prioritize opportunities.

2. Product Definition & Impact

• Own PRDs end-to-end, including user journeys, edge cases, success metrics, and behavioral analysis.
• Prototype features end-to-end or support early builds with AI-powered tools.
• Perform ROI and impact analysis for features — clearly articulating why something should be built and what outcome it should drive
• Ensure solutions are simple, intuitive, and adaptable for customers across stages and geographies.

3. Execution

• Work directly with engineering teams to translate product intent into execution — no heavy project-management layers.
• Be involved throughout the build cycle to debug issues, clarify trade-offs, and ensure product quality.

4. Adoption, Launch & Iteration

• Own and track success metrics post launch.
• Bring finesse to feature launches, including internal enablement, release notes, and customer communication.
• Continuously analyze post-launch data and feedback to refine and improve features.

We are looking for a competent and detail-driven Costing Engineer Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferably sheet metal. The role focuses on accurate costing of components and assemblies made from stainless steel and other materials, ensuring competitive pricing and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for sheet metal parts and assemblies.
• Evaluate raw materials, laser cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, and assembly, punching, deep drawing, TIG welding, buffing/polishing costs.
• Collaborate closely with production, procurement/purchase and design teams for costing inputs and feasibility analysis.
• Analyse cost variances and suggest cost optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material pricing and rate negotiations.
• Support the sales team by providing costing details for RFQs and pricing decisions. Maintain and update costing records using ERP tools.
• Assist in budgeting and pricing strategies for new and existing products.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in costing within the sheet metal/stainless steel manufacturing domain.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.
• Experience with costing software and MS Excel
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
