Position Purpose
Seasoned and resourceful professional whose primary responsibility is to research and pursue new business leads, work on business proposals, RFPs and presentations which are a persuasive representation of Greytip’s products/services. Essentially, acquire strategic customers and contribute to the expanding business of the organization
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing software product sales in the Enterprise Division
- Creates and conducts effective presentation and product demos
- Uncover potential clients needs to sell solutions
- Identifying customer needs / issues / challenges that Greytip can solve with our Enterprise solutions and pitch our product to assist the customer in addressing them
- Create and conduct proposal and presentation based on clients needs and closing of orders
- Appropriate engagement post sale with regard to project deployment, working closely with the projects and delivery team
- Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent relationships with them.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide timely weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA in Sales or Marketing from a reputed institute
- At least 8+ years of B2B sales exposure
- Experience in IT Product sales (Preferable Payroll, HRS or ERP product sales) with direct selling experience for at least 3+ years.
- Proficient and demonstrable experience in prospecting, qualifying, creating value-based demonstrations
- Consistently achieved / exceeded sales targets in the existing organization
- Should have worked with at least one CRM software for planning and recording sales activities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Should be highly motivated and goal oriented
- Highly Customer Focused
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Very good Networking skills
