We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Maximo Technical Lead to spearhead implementation, support, and enhancement activities for high-performance enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM Maximo (version 7.6 or higher), Java development, and Oracle DB, with proven experience leading technical teams and working with manufacturing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Execute ITIL-compliant support and enhancement for a complex Maximo Application Suite.
- Provide hands-on support for critical issue resolution in collaboration with internal and third-party teams.
- Coordinate with technical teams for resolution and documentation of technical issues.
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders for effective decision-making.
- Monitor SLAs/ KPIs and proactively address any service-related issues.
- Deliver timely updates and reports to clients and TCS management.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (version 7.6 or higher) in implementation, upgrade, and support, ideally in manufacturing environments.
- Technical and functional expertise in Maximo, with IBM Maximo certification (preferably MAS 8/9).
- Knowledge of Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or above and related modules such as Maximo Mobile / Maximo Anywhere.
- Proficiency in Oracle Database (12c or higher) and experience working with Java-based integrations.
- Ability to lead technical teams, troubleshoot critical issues, and interface with clients and cross-functional teams.
Good-To- Have Skills:
- Experience with end-to-end Maximo implementations for rail customers.
- Workshop facilitation for requirement gathering and design validation.
- Experience delivering training for Maximo systems.
- Understanding of infrastructure planning (middleware, database, server architecture).
Preferred Certification:
- IBM Maximo Certification (MAS 8/9)
- Oracle Certified Professional (optional)
