About the Role
We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship. Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients by signing up hotel partners across the region for the brevistay portal.
- Responsible for building and sustaining relationships with the partner hotels.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Skills Required:
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

What you’ll do:
- Dedication to keeping the highest quality, maintainability, and flexibility in code by strictly adhering to best practices and guidelines
- Architect and build projects using Kotlin for Android
- Take all Android technical decisions on high level and low level design
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Work with other teams to solve technical problems
- Work with the founders, user research, and product design to understand users and address their needs.
- Collaborate with other developers to set best practices, and standards for development across the organization and help shape a culture of technology-first product building.
Interview Process:
After a technical screening round, we will have two rounds of technical interviews 45 mins each within 72 hours. The first technical interview will be focused on logical reasoning and CS fundamentals, and the second will be on the basics of android and logical reason. If all goes well, we extend the offer within 48 Hours.
GST:
- Verification of Books of accounts, Revenue Data and Computation of GST liability on a monthly basis
- Verification and Computation of RCM Liability on monthly basis,
- Filing of GSTR 1, GSTR 3B & Monthly returns.
- GSTR - 2A/2B reconciliation with books of accounts.
- Filling GSTR 9 – Annual return and GST audit
TDS:
- Working closely with the Tax consultants for advisory and foreign tax-related matters
Handling the assessments and queries if any
- Computation of TDS & Equalisation Levy liability on monthly basis,
- Filing of TDS returns verification of PAN etc for Payroll and Vendor related payouts.,
- Filing of Equalisation Leavy returns,
- Interacting with other functions/departments within the company
- Knowledge of WHT on International Transactions
Transfer Pricing:
- Knowledge of Transfer Pricing transactions and compliance
- Foreign subsidiaries tax compliance and structuring transactions working with foreign consultants
- Monthly/quarterly local compliances relating to International subsidiaries (US, Middle east etc)
- Other matters related to taxation

Job Description:
Business Development
- Handling fresh enquiries via phone call, email, walk-ins and assisting with their educational goals.
- Provide academic advising and guidance to prospective lead, students from the point of enquiry to enrolment.
- Adhere to defined outreach timelines accurately and consistently; responding to student outreach within a 24-48 hour window.
- Follow up calls/emails to the prospective students
- Updating CRM effectively and adhering to admission process.
- Achieve Admission goals for programs
- Submit daily activity report to immediate superior
- Provide presales input in terms of collecting target audience database, managing mailers/e-mailers campaign etc.
- Analysis of earlier marketing data to support fresh marketing plans

Specific Skill Set :
- Professional experience in achieving admissions for academic program.
