Job description

Responsibilities/Deliverables:

  • Monitor metrics, Coach & Motivate the team to attain individual & collective performance - SALs & Pipeline targets - Monthly and quarterly
  • Supervise day to day activities & performance management of the team
  • Work very closely with Marketing & Sales to drive campaigns & outbound programs
  • Define right persona based pitch for the team
  • Weekly drills to evaluate email, call & Linkedin reach out effectiveness

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience out of overall experience of 8+ years
  • Prior track record of building & scaling an SDR organization
  • Constant 1:1s &  coaching to help career progression and personality development
  • B2B exposure a must, preferably from a SaaS company focused on selling to automotive/manufacturing procurement teams
