Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Mobpair Technologies Pvt Ltd . The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, particularly. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and helping expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify potential clients and markets for our products through cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking.

Sales Outreach: Reach out to prospects to present our product offerings, and identify and understand their needs.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Proposal & Pitching: Develop and present tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product features.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process and work towards closing deals effectively, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.

Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activity, opportunities, and market trends to the management team.

Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to provide strategic insights for product positioning and business development efforts.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions to offer relevant and informed solutions to clients.

Required Qualifications:

* 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a product-based company.

* Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to manage a sales pipeline.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.

* Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

* Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric mindset

Description

DevOps Engineer / SRE

• Understanding of maintenance of existing systems (Virtual machines), Linux stack
• Experience running, operating and maintainence of Kubernetes pods
• Strong Scripting skills
• Experience in AWS
• Knowledge of configuring/optimizing open source tools like Kafka, etc.
• Strong automation maintenance - ability to identify opportunities to speed up build and deploy process with strong validation and automation
• Optimizing and standardizing monitoring, alerting.
• Experience in Google cloud platform
• Experience/ Knowledge  in Python will be an added advantage
• Experience on Monitoring Tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes ,Nagios,Terraform  etc

Requirement :- Java Tech Lead (with knowledge of Angular)

• 5+ years of experience into Java 6/7/8, J2EE, EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, LOG4J, JSON, XML
• 3+ years of experience in Spring Boot, Sprint Rest, Spring MVC.
• 5+ years of experience in REST, Micro service Development
• Knowledge of Design Patterns (Good to Have).
• Proven Experience in building complex web systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
• Experience in writing SQL-queries and knowledge of PL/SQL
• Experience in working with databases Oracle 10g, 11g, Postgres, Cassandra etc
• Exposure/Experience in working/setting up CI and CD environments (DevOps).
• Knowledge of development lifecycle, standards, approaches, utilities and environment: shells, version control systems, IDEs, project assembling tools;

Responsibilities:

•Participate in requirement, design, implementation, testing and support of custom banking solutions, which include features enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end systems integration.

•Define and manage resource plan together with the Project Manager aligning to the project schedule.

•Plan and drive the project's technical execution to achieve the committed scope and timeline.

•Monitor and report technical execution progress as well as all technical issues, risk or mitigation plan in a timely manner.

•Ability to coordinate multi-teams (e.g. customers, internal functional and technical SMEs), to understand business requirements, technical design and preparing of technical specifications.

•Assist in estimation of efforts and timescales for tasks delegated to the team.

•Contribute to design/code reviews for quality assurance and conformance to Company standards / guidelines.

•Hands-on participate in development and bugs fixing.

•Commit to continuous improvement and refinement of delivery.

•Strong technical knowledge and skills, consistently provide technical guidance and develop team members.

Requirements:

•Degree in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / Information Technology.

•At least 5 years of working experience in Java EE development (preferably in the financial industry).

•Individual that is optimistic, proactive, good initiative, passionate, strives to achieve more as a team, and is able to motivate others.

•Understand design documentation standards such as Unified Modelling Language.

•Experience in various Java EE frameworks and design patterns. Preferably on Micro services architecture.

•Exposure in Java MVC frameworks such as Spring Boot.

1. B.E/ B.Tech / MCA in computer science or a related field
2. 6+ Years of Java/J2EE work experience.
3. Minimum 6 months in Team Lead position.

1. Object-Oriented design, patterns, algorithms, data structures
2. Well knowledge about Spring Hibernate framework.
3. Exposure to React JS / Angular JS.

1. Experience with SQL/No-SQL database technologies – MySQL, Mongo dB, Cassandra, Redis, PostgreSQL, etc.
2. Good working experience in OpenStack/AWS & cloud application development and deployment
3. Experience in Web services (REST or SOAP)

1. End to end web development experience is highly preferred
2. Good understanding of unit testing methodologies.
3. Good analytical and communication skills
