About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving the strategic growth and commercial success of Company within their assigned territory/Region. • Intelligence Gathering: Synthesize field data and competitor moves into actionable insights for the national leadership team.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech or M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Bio-Chemical Engineering. MBA is added advantage.
• Experience: 7–10 years in the Life Sciences/Bioprocess industry, with at least 1–2 years in a people management or team lead role.
