Job Title: Senior .NET Developer (Angular/React)

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with strong frontend expertise in Angular or React to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in .NET Core, C#, Web API, relational/non-relational databases, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) while also being skilled in modern frontend development. This role requires designing and developing scalable, high performance, and secure applications with a strong focus on frontend and backend integration.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop, test, and maintain .NET Core applications and Web APIs.

 Build dynamic and responsive UI components using Angular or React.

 Ensure seamless frontend-backend integration with RESTful APIs.

 Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

 Work with relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases for efficient data management.

 Apply OOP principles, SOLID design, and software development best practices.

 Utilize Azure/AWS cloud services for deployment and management.  Ensure code quality through unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

 Implement and manage Git for version control.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain application stability.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

 4-8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.

 Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Web API.

 Must have experience with frontend technologies—Angular or React.  Solid understanding of RESTful services, microservices architecture, and SOA.

 Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).

 Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices.

 Strong debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.

 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

A coding enthusiast who loves writing elegant code and developing software systems.

As a senior java developer, you will be a part of the core product development team that is responsible for building high-performant components of the TAPPP platform.

Your responsibility:

• You will be responsible for designing, coding, reviewing, testing, and bug-fixing different modules of the software product that needs to work seamlessly across different environments.
• Write production-quality code in Java, J2EE, and Spring
• You will work in an agile team, working on the TAPPP revolutionary platform. You‘ll be using cutting-edge solutions (Spring Boot, Docker, Kafka, Redis, Continuous Delivery) for creating and maintaining high-load distributed services that are part of our messaging platform.

Mandatory technical skills:

• Hands-on experience with
• Java 1.7+
• RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• JPA (Hibernate or any other ORM framework)
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Hands-on experience in writing extensible RESTful APIs
• Hands-on in Java development (all facets of development) with a sound understanding of OOAD.

The position is based in Pune, India.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administrative tasks, such as copying, filing, and scanning documents
• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail

• Detailed knowledge of JavaScript (ES2015 is a plus) is a must

• Good knowledge of Node.js & npm

• Gulp or Grunt experience is a plus • Experience with Atomic design paradigm is a plus

• Experience in any JS framework(Angular, React + Redux, Vue, etc.,) is must

• Understanding of Web Accessibility WCAG guidelines.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources.

Responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting functions including but not limited to job understanding, candidate sourcing, social networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, summary writing and presentation.

Identifying right candidates with the right skills to match the US clients’ requirements Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirements

Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting

Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition

Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals

Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, offer extension and post-placement care)

Requirements:

Minimum 2 Years of Full Cycle Recruiting experience particularly in pharmaceutical /scientific/life science domain for US staffing and recruiting industry.

Excellent English language skills including reading, writing and speaking.

Comfortable to work in night shift (6.30PM to 3.30AM IST)

Familiar with the MicroStrategy architecture, Admin Certification Preferred

· Familiar with administrative functions, using Object Manager, Command Manager, installation/configuration of MSTR in clustered architecture, applying patches, hot-fixes

· Monitor and manage existing Business Intelligence development/production systems

· MicroStrategy installation, upgrade and administration on Windows and Linux platform

· Ability to support and administer multi-tenant MicroStrategy infrastructure including server security troubleshooting and general system maintenance.

· Analyze application and system logs while troubleshooting and root cause analysis

· Work on operations like deploy and manage packages, User Management, Schedule Management, Governing Settings best practices, database instance and security configuration.

· Monitor, report and investigate solutions to improve report performance.

· Continuously improve the platform through tuning, optimization, governance, automation, and troubleshooting.
