Position Overview:

Are you detail-oriented, curious, and excited about breaking things (in a good way)? As a QA Intern at F22 Labs, you’ll learn the ropes of software testing and contribute to ensuring that our web and mobile applications meet the highest standards. You'll work alongside experienced QA professionals, developers, and designers to help us release top-quality products. Key Responsibilities:

• Test Case Design: Learn to write clear and concise test cases for web and mobile applications (we’ll guide you every step of the way!).
• Manual Testing: Execute manual functional, regression, and exploratory tests to uncover bugs and ensure everything works smoothly.
• Bug Reporting: Log bugs using tools like JIRA or ClickUp and collaborate with developers to verify fixes.
• Requirement Understanding: Participate in team discussions to understand product features and translate them into test scenarios.
• API Testing Exposure: Assist in testing APIs using tools like Postman (we’ll teach you how to validate backend responses).
• Cross-Browser & Device Testing: Help ensure our applications work seamlessly across browsers and mobile devices.
• Test Documentation: Maintain basic test reports and update defect logs to keep things organized.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with QA mentors, developers, and designers in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of manual testing concepts (functional, regression, exploratory).
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, ClickUp, or similar).
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Understanding of web and mobile application workflows.
• Awareness of cross-browser/device testing.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.

Good to have:

• Basic knowledge with test automation tools such as Selenium.
• Exposure to any programming language such as Java or Python for writing simple automation scripts.

Business Development Representative (BDR)

The Opportunity

We're looking for a hungry, coachable individual to join our sales team and help us transition from startup clients to mid-market enterprises. This is a ground-floor opportunity where you'll learn everything from scratch while building a $1M+ sales pipeline.

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Wants to learn sales from the ground up
• Loves the grind of outbound prospecting
• Gets energized by rejection (because there will be a lot of it)
• Wants to earn serious money through performance

What You'll Actually Do

• Cold calling: 100 calls per week to enterprise prospects
• Cold outreach: 100 personalized emails per week to CTOs, Chief AI Officers, and Digital Transformation heads
• LinkedIn prospecting: 100 targeted messages weekly to decision makers
• Research & qualification: Identify companies needing AI transformation
• Meeting booking: Schedule qualified meetings for our leadership team
• Pipeline management: Track every activity, response, and outcome in our CRM

Success Metrics (Non-negotiable)

• 1 qualified meeting booked per week minimum
• Target companies: Mid-market/enterprise ($50M+ revenue)
• Project size: $15K-$100K+ AI transformation projects
• Industries: Insurance, banking, manufacturing, healthcare
• Decision makers: CTOs, Chief AI Officers, Engineering Heads, Digital Transformation leaders

What We Provide

• Base salary: ₹30,000-35,000/month
• Commission: ₹35,000 for every project that closes (potentially doubling your income)

Daily Reality Check

• 8-10 hours of outbound prospecting daily

• Monthly pipeline reviews and target adjustments
• Lots of "no" responses and cold shoulders
• Occasional breakthrough meetings that make it all worth it

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Node.js Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the backbone of our applications. You'll leverage your 3-5 years of expertise to build robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services and APIs. You will also play a key role in making architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and driving best practices within the team. Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain highly scalable and reliable backend services, APIs, and systems using Node.js (with frameworks like Express.js or NestJS) and TypeScript.

● Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and design patterns.

● Solid experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs; experience with GraphQL is a plus.

● Proficiency with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) database technologies, including data modeling and query optimization.

● Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and a good understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes).
