Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Designer to join our dynamic team. The Junior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions. Responsibilities:

• 2 ) Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and marketing teams, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• 3) Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding them in the development of their skills and the execution of design projects.

• 9) Presentation Skills: Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as necessary.
• 10) Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and communicating project status updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

*Minimum of 2 years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, typography, and layout.

*Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.

*Solid understanding of user interface (UI) design principles and best practices.

*Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.

*Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions in a fast-paced environment.

*Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting.

*Experience with motion graphics, animation, or prototyping tools is a plus.

*A passion for design and a desire to push the boundaries of creativity.

Egnyte is seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer to join our Engineering department. The Engineering department builds large distributed components and services that run Egnyte's Cloud Platform. Our code serves billions of requests per day with sub-second latency in a fault-tolerant environment. We process and analyze millions of files and events on a daily basis. Some of the responsibilities for this department include Egnyte's Cloud File System, Content Classification, Content Lifecycle Management, User Behavior Analysis, Object Store, Metadata Stores, Search Systems, Recommendations Systems, Synchronization, and intelligent caching of multi-petabyte datasets. • Understand company and industry-wide trends to help develop new technologies

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD. in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8-15 years of professional experience in engineering with history of technical innovation
• Experience providing technical leadership to engineers

Bonus Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Breadth of knowledge across infrastructure domains, with the ability to reason about everything from data center machine software to database solutions to machine learning infrastructure to front-end web or mobile applications
• Demonstrated success in designing and developing large scale, complex systems
