Reporting of the role :-

This role reports to the Associate Director -Social

What your day job looks like at Hub:

·        Making Strategies and Planning

·        Execution and Optimization for Paid campaigns across social media platforms

·        Creating Performance reports & review deck for clients

·        Understanding the projects and client’s requirements & deliver accordingly.

What you’ll bring:

·        Should be able to multitask and handle multiple clients at one time

·        Hands on experience in social media advertising and ad creation & optimization 

·        Active interest in digital, Paid media, planning, strategizing, web analytics and other aspects of performance marketing.

·        Team Management

Minimum qualifications:

·        4-6 years of Experience of running paid social campaigns

·        In-depth knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat etc.)

·        Have created Media plans for client briefs

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Proficiency in MS-Office and Social Media Management Tools like SocialFlow, Sprinklr, etc.

Role - Campaign Manager

• Meet with all new clients to identify and conceptualize campaign strategies
• Design and organize an optimal campaign inside budget constraints
• Locate and secure talent and resource before campaign launch
• Train and groom all resources for optimum efficacy
• Utilize staff and resources to produce quality content for execution
• Devise a campaign timeline and schedule
• Execute campaign effectively, on schedule and on budget
• Monitor all outlets and resources for campaign impact and progress

SEO & Outreach Specialist

EXPERIENCE : 3 - 5 Years

As we scale our inbound engine, we’re looking for an SEO & Outreach Specialist who can turn great content into discoverable, high-performing assets that drive measurable impact across organic channels.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a technical + content-savvy SEO expert to lead our organic growth initiatives. This role is critical for driving qualified traffic to our website through on-page optimization, outreach, and distribution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

●      Optimize blog content for targeted keywords, internal linking, and schema.

●      Manage Quora, Reddit, and Web 2.0 content distribution to drive referral traffic.

●      Build backlinks through ethical outreach, guest posting, and partnerships.

●      Conduct keyword research to support content planning and campaign SEO.

●      Track and report on rankings, backlinks, domain authority, and traffic impact.

●      Collaborate with content and design teams to implement best SEO practices.

Must have skills:

●      3-5 years of experience in SEO for B2B websites.

●      Must have: Pragmatic SEO & programmatic SEO experience.

●      Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.

●      Familiarity with link-building strategies, outreach, and community engagement.

●      Good writing/editing sense to tweak content for optimization.

●      Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Good to have skills:

Hybrid Work Model

This position is responsible for building out and maintaining SaaS Applications. This critical role creates agile software products and a better user experience for customers and allows client to set the standard for an open ecosystem of cutting-edge product offerings by working with C#, .Net, Web APIs, SQL , HTML, Javascript/Typescript, CSS3

Duties and responsibilities

Design, implement components of the Product, provide technical expertise for software solutions developed by the Company. Integrating the Equity Management platform with external partners (Brokers, Client Companies, etc.). Participate in planning sessions.

Work with Customer Support to resolve customer issues

Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

5+ years’ experience designing and developing SaaS web applications using .Net/.Net Core, C#, Angular

Experience in the full stack from database development through front-end

Experience w/database technologies – SQL, Entity Framework

Experience designing and developing Web application (ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC) ( 5 years+ )

Experience designing and developing Web APIs (ASP.NET MVC/Core) ( 5 years+ )

Experience designing and developing responsive UI applications

Experience w/front-end technologies – HTML5, SASS/CSS, Angular, Typescript

Experience designing “thick client” applications with AngularJS/Angular ( 3 years+ )

Experience with Unit Testing and Mocking frameworks and concepts

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience with GIT

Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Strong collaboration skills – experience working in a small-team environment

Experience with Oracle databases, including writing/optimizing complex queries, stored procedures, and scripting is a plus

Experience with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS)

Experience building apps in financial domain is a plus

Experience with Azure DevOps

Experience with Jira

Will be a plus:

Experience with Powershell.

Experience with Nuget packages.
