Role Overview

We’re hiring a Fundraising & Investor Relations Associate who will be responsible for independently managing and executing 3-4 fundraising processes end-to-end. The ideal candidate will already have a strong network of VCs and angel investors and be able to open relevant doors for our founder and client startups.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of VC and angel investors relevant to our portfolio and internal needs
• Set up and coordinate investor meetings for the founder and client leadership
• Craft compelling investor collateral – decks, teasers, financial snapshots, etc.
• Lead and execute 3-4 end-to-end fundraising processes (from prospecting to closure)
• Maintain and update investor CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
• Support due diligence coordination and data room management
• Stay updated with current funding trends and active investors in the Indian and global ecosystem

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in startup fundraising, investment banking, or venture advisory
• Proven track record of successful fundraise closures (at least 3-4 deals)
• Strong network of active angels, micro-VCs, and institutional funds
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in a consulting firm/startup ecosystem is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site service visits for the commissioning of inverters.
• Provide online service support to customers and branch engineers via telephonic conversations for electronics service and commissioning.
• Perform on-site service for SEW's electronics products, effectively diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Maintain thorough service documentation for all conducted services.
• Act as the primary contact for Germany, providing application and technical support for electronics products in collaboration with the Manager of D&A.
• Contribute to application engineering by developing new applications for complete drive management, in coordination with the Manager of D&A.
• Assist the repair department in critical or crisis situations.
• Offer technical support for switching cabinets through local vendors as per customer requirements.
• Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of the Service centre, tools, equipment, and timely calibration.
• Provide training on service and application development for both customers and SEW employees.
• Maintain the Quality Manual System.

Authorities:

• Plan and execute Electronics Service Jobs on-site based on priority, jointly with the Manager of D&A.
• Make decisions regarding component replacement during job execution, in collaboration with the Manager of D&A.
• Possess authority to certify warranty cases on-site or in-house, working jointly with the Manager of D&A.

Dimensions:

• Handle approximately 40 service jobs per year.
• Contribute to the execution of 8 to 10 new application projects annually.

Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics from a recognized institute.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Drives & Automation.
• Skills: Proficient in servicing or maintaining drives and automation products. Good communication skills would be an added advantage.

Roles and responsibilities -

• Design specific pages for Devaseva Campaigns - aesthetic aspects from the brief given by the campaigns head, Work on basic content for pages based on suggestions from the business/marketing team.
• Create user flows & design landing pages for our campaigns.
• Create required illustrations to increase visual appeal.
• Conceptualize and design video collaterals and illustrations for marketing campaigns, Perform storyboarding, editing, composting, rendering, and other post-production processes.
• Understand the unique needs of each campaign and suggest relevant video styles based on the campaign objectives.
• Most of the work will be creating visuals for Facebook, Instagram, website, and digital media.
• Design requirements for emailers, infographics, social media posts, and promotional campaigns showcasing the work to the donors of Devaseva.
• Exploring design requirements and brainstorming about various creative options and solutions.
• Working on the consistency of Devaseva's image in the media in terms of typography, colours, and tone of voice.

Required Skills -

• Working with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects (Premiere Pro Optional), or any popular tools available in the market.
• At least 1-2 years of visual design experience, Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and web limitations; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to team members.

• Education or experience/ interest in similar industries would be highly preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Graphics and Motion Design.
• A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, interior design, or any related field

• You have 2+ years of experience with production GCP/AWS; Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
• You have conducted penetration testing using different tools like Backtrack and Metaspoilt
• You have experience in developing security training and guiding the internal development teams
• You design and implement best practices concerning information security
• You can create programs to implement Identity and Access Management
• You have to develop automated security testing.
• You have to triage security issues and provide recommended fixes.
• You have conducted vulnerability assessments using various open-source and commercial tools.
• You are an excellent collaborator & communicator. You know that start-ups are a team sport.
