The Opening
We are presently seeking our next enthusiastic, talented, and driven Business Development Manager to start right away. We'd want you to

As the Business Development Manager, you will
ā Be responsible for achieving YNOSās quarterly and yearly BD targets
ā Actively prospect, generate leads through various networks, build
weekly/monthly pipeline, drive order wins, prepare sales forecasts, and adjust BD strategies to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
ā Have a ācustomer firstā approach and ensure that internal collaboration is achieved to have satisfied clients.
ā Be a strategic thinker with a broad perspective and, at the same time,
demonstrates an acute attention to detail and the ability to execute flawlessly.
ā Prepare reports/trackers for the various activities involved in achieving the BD plan. Ensure adherence to achieving the sales plan and participate in review with the reporting manager.
Requirements
ā Clear, concise, and effective oral and written communication skills
ā Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the capability to
convert passive clients into a long-term business deal
ā Strong operational discipline with an ability to log, track and analyze the
the success of business development initiatives
ā Well organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with excellent time
management skills and an ability to meet deadlines

ā Our office is located at IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, surrounded by the beautiful IITM Campus!
ā Terms: This is a full-time position in our Chennai office with an initial training period of 6 months, followed by promotion as a Business Development Manager basis performance

As the Python Backend Engineer in https://www.ynos.in/" target="_blank">YNOS, you will
- Create reusable optimised code and libraries
- Deploy task management systems and automate routine tasks
- Build performant apps that adhere to the best practices, therefore increasing latency, performance, and scalability
- Improve the existing codebase while reducing technical debt
- Take charge of all elements of the application, including architecture, quality, and efficiency
Requirements
- Proficient understanding ofĀ PythonĀ language
- Expertise in developing web apps and APIs using Python frameworks likeĀ FlaskĀ with an overall grasp of client-server interactions
- Familiarity withĀ task management systemsĀ and process automation
- Comfortable with using Command Line and Linux systems
- Experience and understanding ofĀ version control systemsĀ like git, svn, etc
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases such asĀ MongoDB
Good to have
- Expertise in other backend frameworks viz. Django, NodeJS, Go, Rust etc
- Knowledge of data-modelling, data-wrangling & data-mining techniques
- Experience with data visualisation tools & libraries such as Plotly, Seaborn etc
- Exposure to Statistical and Machine Learning (ML) techniques, particularly in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Familiarity with front-end tools & frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JS, React, Vue, and others
