Responsibilities

• Build interactive UI components with ReactJs in various applications.
• Collaborating regularly with backend/API engineers in designing, specifying and implementing services to decouple functionality
• Find opportunities to improve current systems or patterns through auditing or benchmarking
• 'Own' and take lead in newly developed features for current or next generation platforms
• Maintain our front end test coverage by running your own tests and working with our QA team on automated testing
• Lend a hand to help other engineers through pair programming, mentoring, and supporting your teammates

Description of the Role 

• Design and implement revenue-generating initiatives, including campaigns, promos and workflows.
• Coordinate campaign launches and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content.
• Create personalized marketing programs that enhance customer experience at various stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Work with channel managers to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, Ads, etc.)
• Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to maximize ROI, engagement, and retention.
• Utilize customer data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
• Regularly report on key metrics related to revenue, campaign performance, and engagement.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, and the rest of the Growth team to align on goals and strategies.
