Key Responsibilities:

1. RPA Strategy and Leadership:

• Lead the RPA transformation initiatives for clients, providing strategic direction and ensuring successful implementation of automation solutions using UIPath and Automation Anywhere.
• Serve as the technical expert on RPA best practices, frameworks, and methodologies, guiding clients and internal teams in designing automation strategies.
• Manage a team of RPA developers, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance throughout the RPA project lifecycle.

2. RPA Solution Architecture and Design:

• Architect and design end-to-end RPA solutions, integrating automation tools such as UIPath and Automation Anywhere with existing IT systems, applications, and data sources.
• Analyze and document business processes to understand opportunities for automation and ensure that RPA solutions align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, IT teams, and clients, to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Develop high-level and detailed RPA solution designs, ensuring they are optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

3. RPA Development and Implementation:

• Lead hands-on development of automation workflows using UIPath and Automation Anywhere, following best practices for RPA development, such as reusable components and error handling.
• Design and implement bot orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure smooth operation of automation solutions.
• Ensure RPA bots are deployed in a secure, scalable, and reliable manner, adhering to IT security and compliance requirements.

5. Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management:

• Work directly with clients to assess their automation needs, demonstrate the value of RPA, and define automation goals.
• Serve as the technical liaison between clients, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and solutions meet business objectives.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams, enabling them to operate and maintain RPA solutions effectively post-deployment.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and demos to showcase RPA capabilities and benefits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 

• 7+ years of experience in RPA development and automation solutions, with a focus on UIPath and Automation Anywhere.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing RPA projects and teams.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end RPA solutions across various business functions.
• Strong knowledge of RPA methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience in handling large-scale RPA implementations, including bot orchestration, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in developing automation workflows using UIPath and Automation Anywhere.
• Strong understanding of automation components, such as bots, triggers, queues, and orchestrators.
• Proficient in RPA toolsets, such as UIPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robot, and Automation Anywhere Control Room.
• Knowledge of API integrations, web scraping, and integrating RPA with other technologies (e.g., databases, ERPs, CRM systems).
• Familiarity with cloud-based RPA solutions (AWS, Azure) and deployment best practices.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as VB.NET, C#, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and handling data extraction and manipulation in RPA workflows.
• Relevant certifications in UIPath (e.g., UIPath Advanced RPA Developer) and Automation Anywhere (e.g., Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional) are mandatory.
