Roles and Responsibilities
*Represent the company to prospective clients, explaining the services Offered, Identity Potential clients establishing connections
through email, or sending promotional brochures periodically to prospects.
*Participate in seminars and exhibitions where entrepreneurs congregate and have knowledge of business operations prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients.
*Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with
services rendered provide market feedback to the company.
*Leadership regarding competitive offerings and customer needs.
*Meet or exceed sales targets and goals requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Must have 3 years of Experience in business development or a similar role Experience in the management consulting industry or a related field strong presentation skills.
* Including proficiency in power point and other presentation tools and excellent
written and verbal communication skills in English.
* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to team Familiarity with business
operations and financial management proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
* Mba – Marketing (Preferred)

The Difference You Will Make:
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager: -Ensures the smooth running of the sales department, where all aspects of the villa's pro-active sales initiatives are delivered and total revenue maximised -Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution -Develops and implements plans where sales initiatives & hotel targets are achieved -Leads and manages the sales team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department -Prepares and is responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.

UI Path Developer:
- Design, code, test automation workflows using UiPath
- Should completed E/B.Tech. /MCA in any field.
- Should have interest in salesforce development technology.
- Strong technical skills on UiPath, and end to end UiPath offerings
- Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in developing, implementing automation workflows in UiPath.
- Excellent communication skill is a must.
- Knowledge and experience on RPA Ui path Tool.
- Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script is must (or any scripting language, python is a plus)
- Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
- Excellent software development background with any of the following (C#, C++, Java, .NET) is a plus
- Design and develop Microservices with Java, Spring
- Communicate with the tech lead, to understand the technology thoroughly
- Perform unit and system testing
- Understand business requirements and create plans accordingly
- Work in an agile environment
- Perform threat and risk assessments

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be putting your brilliant mind into thinking and defining the product vision and strategy.
