Job Description This career opportunity is with coMakeIT’s Inbound marketing team, which is responsible for branding, positioning, and marketing of coMakeIT’s services across all geographies and verticals. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will play a critical role in the creation of content and collaterals by the team and will report to the VP Marketing. You must have a clear sense of the domain in which coMakeIT operates, and must contribute to the strategic direction and positioning for coMakeIT’s services portfolio, and will work with the senior corporate leadership, and the sales teams. Your major responsibilities will include: • Content generation: Will play the lead role in generating original content including website, standard marketing collaterals (Brochures, presentations, case studies), blogs, white papers, newsletters, etc. to support generic marketing activities. • Inbound Lead generation: Responsible for driving lead generation through various Inbound Content marketing activities. This will include lead qualification, content development and management, helping organize/front-end participation in international events among other things. Responsible for meeting lead generation and content generation targets. • Sales Enablement: Creating content to support sales activities, including specific Account Based Marketing(ABM) campaigns, presentations and collaterals. • Marketing channel ownership: Creating social media campaigns, using Twitter, Blogs, LinkedIn, You Tube etc. Skills, Competencies, and Experience: You should possess the following skills, competencies, and experience: • Clear thinker with an analytical and strategic outlook • Prior experience of working in a similar role (preferably in the technology domain) for atleast 5 years • Solid experience, insights, and firm grasp on all aspects of Inbound and content marketing • Extreme importance will be given to demonstrated ability in producing original content on diverse topics • Outstanding communication skills • Entrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude, and a strong desire to learn and shape your own career path. • The ability to succeed in a professional environment where business and market direction is not always well defined. Qualified candidates will understand how to produce results when working in challenging environments and/or new business areas.

Work with partners to have a consistent effort presence across channels Responsibilities: - Build and own the Digital marketing strategy - Build the online brand leadership based on the Brand Values - Design and Drive process for ensuring relevant, quality content is being prepared, and in synergy with the organic acquisition strategy - Drive strategy performance; Periodic Monitoring, analysis of results and measurement metrics - Stay in constant lookout for growth hacks, new avenues for achieving growth through innovative efforts, projects Skills and Competencies: - Minimum of 2-4 years of Professional experience in Digital marketing including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing, Web Analytics, and Email marketing - Should have led Digital Marketing efforts, aimed at driving online acquisitions through organic and inorganic campaigns - Proficient in SEO Tools, Google, Webmaster, UberSuggest, Optimizely, Crazy Egg, Link Detox, Google Analytics, SEMRush, SECockpit - Expertise in social media techniques, in the form of projects executed and ongoing online brand recall. Demonstrated ability to tie content-driven online presence strategy - Experience of having displayed sharp sense of and employing existing and emerging social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) their respective participants, and how each platform can be deployed and cross-leveraged in different scenarios
