Software Sales Representative

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on SEO, PPC (Google AdWords), Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Content Marketing, SEM, ORM, Website design, and Web Analytics.
• Assist students in practical digital marketing tasks.
• Plan and prepare course materials and lesson plans.
• Conduct demo sessions and doubt-solving sessions.
• Continuously improve teaching methodologies for better student satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year of experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer.
• Expertise in SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, and more.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, SEMrush, MailChimp, etc.
• Certifications (e.g., Google AdWords, HubSpot Content Marketing) are a plus.

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and sales calls effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our IT and Tele solutions and services.

2. Handle inbound & Outbound inquiries from potential and existing clients, providing information about our offerings.

3. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the Client meeting and maintaining good customer relationships.

4. Identify and understand client needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions.

5.- They must be comfortable presenting products or services Via Client meeting as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

6. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and detailed information.

7. Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of customer engagement.

8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and KPIs.

9.An effective sale representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.

10. Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences, trends, and concerns to help improve our services.

Requirements:

1. 6 months-1 years of experience in field sales executive, Marketing executive, customer service, or a related field.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.

4. Basic knowledge of IT solutions and services is preferred but not mandatory.

5. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated and persistent.

6. Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

8. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:
·Manage company’s various online bidding profiles
·Identifying quality lead and bringing up the projects for the company
·Bidding on various portals like PPH/ GURU/ UPWORK / Freelancer and other relevant online platforms
·Handle the initial discussions and collect the strategic information about the prospects
·Understand complex project requirements and prepare proposal /bid to generate leads
·Continue prospect engagement and account management throughout the sales cycle until closure.
·Independently collaborate with the technical team for presentation with prospects.
·Scout for new bidding platforms and websites to catch out the opportunities.
 
Skill & Experience Required
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of converting the prospect with good linguistic ability.
·Must have 1-3 years of experience in Web Development & Mobile Apps project acquisition and closure through the online bidding platforms.
·Experience with lead generation and prospect management via various online bidding platforms.
·Must have sound technical knowledge of advanced Web and Mobile technologies trending today.
·Lead generation through LinkedIn, database, and other social networks would be an added value.
·Ability to handle the sales independently or as part of a team
