Role Overview :

The Business Development Associate / Manager – Field Sales is responsible for on-ground business development activities, including site visits, client meetings, channel partner engagement, negotiations, and closures across buyer and seller transactions.

Associates focus on execution and visit support, while Managers take ownership of negotiations and deal closures.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct site visits with buyers and sellers
2. Meet clients and understand requirements
3. Engage and manage channel partners (CPs) on-ground
4. Support and/or lead negotiations and closures based on seniority
5. Coordinate with inside sales, operations, and leadership teams
6. Maintain visit reports and CRM updates
7. Achieve assigned visit, engagement, and closure targets

Required Skills:

l Web application engineering using ASP .Net MVC, entity framework, WCF, . NET Core

l Should have worked on API creation and should be a hands-on full stack developer using JQUERY, etc

l MS SQL knowledge is mandatory

l Should have experience in client communication

l Should have experience in owning a product and good communication skills.

l Should have experience in using tools like JIRA, GIT etc.

About Role:

It also focuses on solving a major challenge about how the quality of connected devices can be improved. It constitutes device-side SDK, mobile apps and a cloud application. This role requires product engineering for the web UI for the RainMaker cloud.

Minimum Qualification: 

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science with 5 to 10 years of experience
• Strong Computer Science Fundamentals

• Excellent understanding of UX and design sensibilities

• Design, develop, and test UI for web applications
• Experience with one or more of these: React, Redux, Webpack, ES6, Async JS Communication, WebSockets
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  
  

Desired Qualification:

• Significant experience with JavaScript, React and Redux.
• Experience in consumption of cloud services and REST interfaces (implementation experience would be added advantage)
• Experience with CSS pre-processors like LESS or SASS
• Expertise with cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive design
• Solid understanding of user interactions required for Single-Page Applications
• Experience with modern browser technologies

Responsibilities: 

• Designing and developing User Interface for web applications
• Write code based in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ReactJS
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional, secure and efficient frontend design and code
• Experience and desire to take product/feature ownership from delivery and customer support perspective
• Collaborate with backend and quality engineers to spec, write, test, and deploy code that integrates with data streams and API endpoints
• Utilise responsive design techniques and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Perform code reviews and improve/ensure the quality of product

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex, scalable web applications using Django and Python.
• Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to define feature specifications.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle - requirements analysis, development, testing, and production release.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to mitigate them.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Interface with clients to understand their business, goals, and visions for products.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of technical meetings with clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Django and Python development.
• Strong understanding of the Django framework and Python language.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Django Rest Framework.
• Experience in working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
• Good understanding of software design patterns and principles.
• Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with working in a client-facing role and able to handle communications effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage tasks and time effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience in multi-platform software Development (DOS, Windows).
• Experience in developing software applications in a multi-tier architecture.
• Experience in presentation layer development using JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, Ajax and CSS.
