Roles and Responsibilities:
- Initiating conversations with prospects through cold calling, emailing, and other sources.
- Have business conversations with potential customers to identify pain areas and challenges that will help in qualifying the opportunity.
- Presenting company offerings and taking the prospects through the lead generation cycle to convert them into potential opportunities.
- Moving leads through the funnel to set up meetings.
- Should be able to handle the initial customer call to identify and qualify the opportunity.
- Profiling and qualifying companies based on industries, geography, revenue, employee strength, and vertical.
- Extensively knowledgeable in secondary research on companies and decision-makers using different market research tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Proficient in the use of CRM to track daily sales activities.
- Should have strong research capabilities and a good understanding of the North American market, industries, and IT Services.
- Identifying Decision-makers, and influencers in department-wise and collecting required information like email id, contact number, domain, responsibilities, etc.
Skillsets Required:
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written for telephonic and email exchanges.
- Strong desire and a go-getter attitude with a focus on reaching targets.
- Should have experience in IT Cold calling US/Canada Region minimum of 2 years.
- Great interpersonal Skills & should be a team player.
- Good proficiency in LinkedIn Navigator, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
