Job Description: Marketing Head (IT / Website Development)
Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for our IT and Website Development services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in B2B digital marketing, brand positioning, and lead generation for technology-driven businesses. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote website development and IT services.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, and CRM systems.

Azure – Data Engineer
- At least 2 years hands on experience working with an Agile data engineering team working on big data pipelines using Azure in a commercial environment.
- Dealing with senior stakeholders/leadership
- Understanding of Azure data security and encryption best practices. [ADFS/ACLs]
Data Bricks –experience writing in and using data bricks Using Python to transform, manipulate data.
Data Factory – experience using data factory in an enterprise solution to build data pipelines. Experience calling rest APIs.
Synapse/data warehouse – experience using synapse/data warehouse to present data securely and to build & manage data models.
Microsoft SQL server – We’d expect the candidate to have come from a SQL/Data background and progressed into Azure
PowerBI – Experience with this is preferred
Additionally
- Experience using GIT as a source control system
- Understanding of DevOps concepts and application
- Understanding of Azure Cloud costs/management and running platforms efficiently

We’re looking for a performance-focused Sr. SEO/SEM Executive with a strong understanding of search algorithms and AI-powered optimisation tools. The ideal candidate will not only manage all search engine marketing activities but will also be comfortable integrating Artificial Intelligence into SEO/SEM strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct keyword research aligned with client objectives to improve content and discover growth opportunities.
● Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g. Surfer SEO, Clearscope, MarketMuse, Jasper) to optimize content strategies and streamline SEO workflows.
● Deliver SEO analysis and technical recommendations for websites and web pages using both manual insights and AI-assisted audits.
● Identify technical SEO issues, competitor gaps, and backlink opportunities.
● Support content development to enhance user intent matching and content relevance.
● Manage and update webmaster tools, XML sitemaps, and shopping feeds for SEO diagnostics.
