Infrastructure Engineer – Database & Storage
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and Azure Blob/S3 clusters.
- Implement schema registry, metadata catalog, and time-versioned storage.
- Configure read replicas, backups, encryption-at-rest, and WORM (Write Once Read Many) compliance.
- Optimize query execution, indexing, and replication latency.
- Partner with DevOps on infrastructure as code and cross-region replication.
Requirements
- 6 + years database / data-infrastructure administration.
- Mastery of indexing, partitioning, query tuning, sharding.
- Proven experience deploying cloud-native DB stacks with Terraform or Helm.
In this role, you'll be responsible for building machine learning based systems and conduct data analysis that improves the quality of our large geospatial data. You’ll be developing NLP models to extract information, using outlier detection to identifying anomalies and applying data science methods to quantify the quality of our data. You will take part in the development, integration, productionisation and deployment of the models at scale, which would require a good combination of data science and software development.

Must-have Qualifications
- 4 year's experience
- Senior data scientist preferable with knowledge of NLP

- Professional experience working with machine learning and data science, such as classification, feature engineering, clustering, anomaly detection and neural networks
- Knowledgeable in classic machine learning algorithms (SVM, Random Forest, Naive Bayes, KNN etc.).
- Experience using deep learning libraries and platforms, such as PyTorch
- Experience with frameworks such as Sklearn, Numpy, Pandas, Polars
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Extra Merit Qualifications
- Knowledge in at least one of the following: NLP, information retrieval, data mining
- Ability to do statistical modeling and building predictive models

Position Summary:
The Oracle EDM/DRM Associate is responsible for delivery of Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDM) and Data Relationship Management (DRM) consulting projects and shows a demonstrated propensity of technical and functional proficiency in the design and development of enterprise-wide master data applications.
