• Determine what quality standards are and establish detailed guidelines about what to check

• Coordinate with the organisation's internal teams to improve product quality and meet customer requirements
• Work in coordination with external technicians and quality assurance auditors
• Review customer feedback and implement changes to improve products to increase customer satisfaction

• Stay updated about safety and legal standards and regulations for manufacturing processes and manufactured products

• Knowledge of various testing techniques and the ability to use them in practice (at least 4 years of practical experience)
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Intermediate programming experience in one or more of the following languages: Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python
• Hands-on experience in frontend, API and/or database test automation: Selenium, Cypress, Serenity BDD, REST API testing, Cucumber
• Experience with defect tracking/management tools such as JIRA.
• Demonstrated experience with industry standard Quality Assurance best practices for Agile and Iterative SDLCs, testing methodologies, implementation, and deployment activities.
• Experience in every-day use of version control system (git)
• Experience in testing in a continuous integration environment Jenkins/TeamCity, Maven
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Working experience in creating test documentation (Test Plan, test report, basic test metrics)
• Experience in working with requirements
• As a consultant, ability to effectively cooperate with the client and/or end users
• Fluent English in speech and writing (frequent communication with English-speaking clients)

• Must have strong knowledge of the programming language (Java).
• Experience in performing performance tests using dedicated tools (e.g. Jmeter)
• Experience in performing usability and/or security tests
• Experience in mobile testing, cloud migration testing or data integrity testing

Job responsibilities

• Participate in developing e-commerce websites on BigCommerce platform
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand requirements and participate in planning the development roadmap
• Be responsible for delivering optimized, fast loading, responsive, and highly functional website
• Migrate websites from other e-commerce platforms to BigCommerce and install and customize new BigCommerce themes
• Extending BigCommerce functionalities to the next level using storefront APIs, liquid programming, meta fields, etc.
• Implementing SEO/CRO best practices in BigCommerce sites

Job Purpose: Plan, drive, and review delivery of projects in line with the agreed product pipeline with the objective of improving the technology delivery strength thereby contributing in achieving the organizational top and bottom line. Lead initiatives on transformations and re-engineering of the product platform.

• Engineering graduate with a minimum of 8 Years of relevant experience

• Brilliant at communication, estimation and delivery, change management, and leadership capabilities
• Should have managed a large technology team directly or through the hierarchy
• Hands-on expertise would be an added advantage

○ Hands-on experience of GCP  and AWS and knowledge on AWS Services like VPC and VPC related services like (route tables, vpc endpoints, privatelinks) EKS, S3, IAM. Cost aware mindset towards Cloud services.

○ Deep understanding of Kernel, Networking and OS fundamentals
