Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining relationships with clients and periodically sending performance reports to client - Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our products and services. - Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes increasing adoption, ensuring retention and satisfaction. - Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and a positive reputation within the industry. - Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities. Required Candidate profile Requirements: - 3-5 Years of experience in Account Management/Client handling Profiles - Excellent communication skill and strong negotiation skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer/IT Engineering from Tier 1 Institute - Ability to derive insight from data and build actionable strategy based on analysis - Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services - Thoughtful, curious and a problem-solver and comfortable with a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment

Must have a good understanding of IoT, mobile, web applications and cloud architecture & Technology. 1. Has minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager role. 2. Technical or engineering background. 3. Can break a complex and vaguely defined problem into a clear and actionable set of steps. 4. Hands on if required.

You will join a passionate team who work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use. Responsibilities 1.Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements 2.Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience 3.Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides 4.Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications 5.Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities 6.Create and maintain the information architecture 7.Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation 8.Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail 9.Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures 10.Excellent written skills in English 11.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 12.Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails achieving daily lead generation targets. • Understand customer needs and requirements • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals • Perform effective online demos to prospects • Daily Updation of lead tracker and Hubspot • Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts. Requirements • Proven inside sales experience • Track record of over-achieving quota • Strong phone presence and experience making multiple calls per day • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Strong listening and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • BA/BS degree or equivalent
