Job Description for Front Desk

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (calculator, pen, printer etc)

• Greet, communicate and welcome clients with a smile.

• Make client comfortable and can offer refreshment (like water, tea, & coffee etc)

• Answer questions and address grievances

• keep updated records and files of the clients

• Familiarity with EcoGreen & Zenoti

• Answering All incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages.

• Direct clients to the appropriate doctors , therapists with whom appointment is fixed with assigned room.

• Be familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of customer complaints or disputes.

• Should be able to handle bookings and process billing part and follow up with clients for balance payment.

• Asking them to book the next appointment while they done with treatment

• Maintain a professional environment and brand decorum.

• Should have a client schedule ready before the client arrives.

• ensuring to inform the client about the waiting time and about the delays in their schedules.

• Responsible for sharing the incident sheet and reporting it to the clinic manager.

• Responsible for escalating client issues to concerned doctors .

• Ensuring timely redemption of packages and sessions

• Ensuring Timely to close bills and pre paid balance of clients

• Responsible for handing over hard copies of service product bills and customer copies if a card is being swiped.

• Responsible for arranging/coordinating

or keeping ready the machines for movement between the rooms

1.Developing visual concepts and ideas to conceptualize designs that meet client requirements and project objectives.

2.Create various design elements such as logos, illustrations, icons, typography, layouts, and other visual assets.Use of design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign to create high-quality designs.

3.Work on visual identities for the company, designing logos, selecting color schemes, creating brand guidelines, and ensuring brand consistency across different platforms.

4.Create designs for both print and digital media. They design materials such as brochures, business cards, posters, packaging, websites, social media graphics, and other digital assets.

5.Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design recommendations, and incorporate feedback. 

6.Responsible for preparing design files for print or digital production. Candidate Should know file formats, color modes, and resolution requirements to ensure the quality and accuracy of the final output.

Responsibilities: -

• You would take ownership of the existing system and scale it more than 10X over the next 2 years.
• Apply best coding standards.
• You would create the infrastructure that can serve 100s of customers and millions of data requests per hour.
• Over the next year or so, you would be able to guide a team of 5 to 15 people to accomplish your goals. Mentoring this team into a world-class engineering team would be a key part of your role.
• Your earlier experience in successfully building, deploying and running complex, large scale web or data products.
• You would work hand-in-hand with the Product Management team to build engineering capabilities that align with the evolution of the product.
• Eventually work with Data science teamwork to ensure that the algorithmic intelligence that we build is plugged into the product in an expected manner.
• Overall, you would be responsible for end-to-end architecting from Engineering standpoint.

Must have: -

• Total experience of 8+ years while relevant experience of at least 2 years.
• Have built a platform that handles at least 500k to 1 million data request an hour.
