Looking for a skilled Python Developer with experience in Django / FastAPI and MongoDB / PostgreSQL.

Job Responsibilities will include:

- Overall experience of 5-10 years

- Strong Functional knowledge in Enterprise Asset Management/ Work Management

- Hands on experience in IBM Maximo or SAP IAM or Infor EAM and its integration with supporting systems

- Experience in Utilities industry clients (Electricity or Gas or Water)

- Experience in Supply Chain Domain will be a plus

- Full time regular MBA

- A bachelor's degree in Engineering

● Manage recruitment cycle.

● Conduct all interviews virtual/Face-to-face and coordinate with the sales & operations team.

● Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline

● Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.

● Manage onboarding and new hire process.

● Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.

● Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process to ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done according to employment laws and regulations

● Coordinating with the Hiring Manager. 

• Should have Worked extensively on SAP developments including the Application Design and Document for Custom development, in end to end SAP Implementation.
• Preparation of Technical Spec and Unit Test documents .
• Hands on experience and extensive knowledge on RICEF (Reports , ALE/IDOC, BDC ,Userexit /Enhancements , Script )
• Extensively worked on Data Dictionary objects (tables, structures, data elements and domains)
• Basic Knowledge on ABAP Workflow .
• Knowledge on BADI , User Exits ,BDC recording.
• Performance workbench tools like Runtime Analysis and SQL trace.
• Having good exposure to functional areas like Sales Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM) .
• Should have good analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp customer requirements and convert them into Technical specifications

• Someone who is annoyed by the build time it takes for an application to build and has actually done something to optimize it
• Has good experience in building Android applications
• Experience with the flutter ecosystem is a great plus.
• Who likes to think in terms of software and data architecture before opening Android studio.
• Comfortable with managing development and deployment of applications.
• Open and more importantly excited about learning the new technologies.

Roles and responsibilities

• Participate and contribute to the design and development of the core components of the company service.
• Ensure high quality of software development w.r.t to project architecture, code quality, testing and deployment.
• Implement testing frameworks and disciplines as part of every feature development.
• Own performance of the app in production and implement/push for implementation of systems to monitor, debug and fix an issue in production in the lowest TAT possible.
• Advocate good engineering has the highest priority with the only exception of value delivered to the end-user.
