Job Responsibilities:

Handle last-mile delivery calls to ensure successful order deliveries and reduce RTO.

Contact customers with abandoned carts and assist them in completing their purchases.

Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations via phone, WhatsApp, email, or chat.

Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for timely issue resolution.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM/Shopify preferred).

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

0–2 years of experience in customer support or telesales is preferred.
