Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Media Buyer Associate to support our marketing team. In this

role, you’ll help plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across various platforms, working closely with

senior buyers and the creative team. Ideal candidates must have an analytical mindset, a passion for media, and

a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also stay updated on media trends, manage vendor

relationships, and assist in negotiating placements to maximize our ad spend. This is a great opportunity for

someone starting their career in media buying and marketing.

Responsibilities

● Assist in developing and executing media buying strategies across various platforms such as digital,

print, and broadcast.

● Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate their media consumption habits.

● Negotiate media rates and placements with vendors to secure optimal advertising opportunities.

● Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven adjustments to media

strategies.

● Collaborate with team members to create compelling ad content that resonates with our target

demographics.

● Maintain organized records of media buys, including invoices and performance reports for internal

tracking.

● Stay updated on industry trends and emerging media platforms to recommend new opportunities for

client campaigns.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

● Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

● Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads and social media

advertising.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with vendors and internal teams.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.

● A passion for media and advertising, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.

• Initiating professional engagement through chat and phone calls  with target and existing customers
• Provide excellent service to customers and address their inquiries or issues promptly.
• Process secure and efficient transactions such as bank verifications, entertainment portals, credit top-up in compliance with the SOPs. 
• Reach out customers to inform them about the latest promotions they can avail of.
• Engage with customers and update them about the latest promotions.

Work Experience

• Experience in taking inbound and outbound calls
• Good technical skills—able to comfortably navigate through smartphone and desktop applications
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Process secure and efficient transactions such as bank verifications, entertainment portals, credit top-up in compliance with the SOPs. 
• Reach out customers to inform them about the latest promotions they can avail of.

About the Role

• Writing scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code
• Translating software requirements into stable, working, high performance software
• Playing a key role in architectural and design decisions, building toward an efficient microservices distributed architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms
• Knowledge of language patterns such as - Goroutine and Channels
• Experience with the full site of Go frameworks and tools, including:
• Dependency management tools such as Godep.
• Popular Go web frameworks, such as Echo
• Request routing and API mechanisms
• Ability to write clean and effective Godoc comments
• Familiarity with code versioning tools - primarily Git.
• A basic understanding of computing and Linux systems

• Memory management and pointers, specifically in Golang

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the equipment specified is correct for the installation.
  · Produce system schematics including audio, video, control, power.
  · Produce rack layouts.
  · Design metalwork work such as input plates and wall boxes
  · Work closely with the project managers and clients to ensure that all requirements specified are
  accounted for.
  · Communicate any site requirements such as IT and FM dependencies.
  · Co-ordinate the production of M&E drawings with the CAD team
  · Communicate required system functionality to the control system programmer.
  · Liaise with 3rd party trades/subcontractors to ensure smooth integration.
  · Test system racks to ensure they meet the requirements identifying and rectify faults prior to shipping.
  · Commission equipment to the highest standard on site, including programming of audio DSP’s, setup
  of digital video systems and setup of video conferencing systems.
  · Provide technical support for the duration of the project.

Skills Required:

• Excellent technical knowledge of AV & VC equipment from all major brands.
  · An up-to-date understanding of the AV marketplace including products and trends.
  · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  · Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
