The Site Lead plays a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing transportation services for employees, ensuring their safe and timely commutes to and from the workplace. Key Responsibilities: Transportation Management: • Oversee and manage all aspects of transportation logistics for the site • Ensure timely and efficient transportation arrangements for team members and resources Team Handling and Management: • Lead and manage the entire team, ensuring effective coordination and performance • Address team-related issues, provide guidance, and foster a positive working environment Site Operations Handling: • Take full responsibility for managing and overseeing all site operations • Ensure that all site activities are conducted smoothly and in accordance with company standards and regulations Communication Skills (Written and Verbal): • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders • Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication in both written correspondence and verbal interactions Email Correspondence: • Draft and send professional emails to clients and internal teams • Manage and respond to email communications promptly and accurately to ensure efficient information flow Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in any stream however preferred transportation management, logistics, or a related field • Previous experience in transportation coordination or management is a plus • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in using transportation management software and tools. Added advantage knowledge of ‘MoveInSync’ application • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with external vendors • Flexibility to adapt to changing transportation needs and schedule

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at Connect and Heal - CNH Care. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and effective communication. They will also be responsible for sales-related tasks to promote the company's services.

Candidate requirements:

• 1 to 5 years’ experience in a customer support role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Perform reference checks as need
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
• Manage onboarding and new hire process
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Developing APIs and endpoints for deployments of our product
• Infrastructure Development such as building databases, creating and maintaining automated jobs
• Build out the back-end to deploy and scale our product
• Build POCs for client deployments
• Document your code, write test cases, etc.

• Design and develop innovative, company impacting products and services to support infrastructure operations
• Design, develop and implement object-oriented PHP applications from prototype through implementation
• Integrate open source and commercial enterprise applications into an exposed API and web-based portal
• Create highly scalable and performant REST/SOAP web services
• Keep focus on end users and goals all through the development process
• Work closely with product management and stakeholders to ensure applications meet needs and expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field, or comparable extra work experience
• Solid experience with SQL and relation databases
