Sales Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development /Enterprise Sales person to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

• Experience in customer support is a plus

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of selling B2B SaaS.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 2+ of experience of selling to enterprise clients OR to manufacturing industry OR selling FinTech product, SAP Product sales/Finance ERP solutions (like invoice processing, vendor management, Source to pay, Compliance solutions).

Mandatory (Sales Skills):Must have experience in end to end sales from lead generation, prospecting, demos, proposal building, negotiation, and deal closure

Mandatory (Stability): Must have stable career history — no frequent job hopping

Job description

The role of the Sponsorship Manager will be to secure new Sponsorship alliances for existing festivals which has been largely untapped in the past. As part of the team you will be instrumental in establishing best practice in winning new business and creating consultative thought leadership sales packages for big ticket spenders. You will work closely with the Project Heads

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling our festivals to prospective sponsors and alliance partners against agreed targets. Work on achieving & fulfilling the set targets by the HOD(Individual& Team targets)

• To contribute towards brand and product positioning and develop market strategies for getting sponsorship for our festivals

• Brainstorming with the production head & the festival team on the festival ideas and then accordingly make the festival pitching and presentation

• Responsible for Relationship building & key account management with the existing clients to get more business

• To understand thoroughly and establish appropriate channels/mediums of reaching the target audience keeping the budget in mind.

• Required to be networked into market to not only connect with prospective sponsors and marketing agencies but keep informed of the competitive environment

• Working towards delivering the set team target and individual targets for the year.

• Guiding the team towards achieving the team targets.

• Liaising with colleagues and team members, Festival Team & Design Team for the marketing collaterals & presentations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience of min 10 years in sponsorship acquisition or sales, with a track record of securing high-value sponsorships. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• A solid understanding of marketing and branding principles.
• Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sponsorship acquisition.

Core Responsibilities:

• You would have the opportunity to work with a number of leading edge technologies.
• Write test cases to test code using automation frameworks, as well as create and continuously improve our test automation environment.
• Develop & maintain automated test scripts covering functional correctness using Object Oriented programming concepts, for both new features & Regression testing of existing functionality
• Understand software internals, debug code, automate repetitive tasks, and implement new tools and frameworks needed to streamline our QA process.
• Work directly with both Software Development Engineers and Product Managers to understand features, review technical implementations, and implement testing strategy.
• Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy, design documentation for automation processes

Skills and Expertise:

• Minimum 3 Years' Experience
• Knowledge and proficiency in the use of various automated tools that are used in the
• Automated testing procedures.
• Execute interactive test procedures.
• Proficient in writing Automation scripts.
• Sound knowledge of programming and/or scripting languages. Java and Java script
• Good knowledge of SQL queries. Practical knowledge of web-based technologies

Position Title: Embedded Software Developer (Linux Driver Development)

Experience: 4 - 10 Years

Mode of Hire: Permanent, Deployed at Client Location.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Notice Period: Max. 20 - 30 Days (Early Joiners will be preferable).

What we are looking for?

Must Have:

• Should have strong proficiency in C, C++ and Embedded Systems (embedded C)
• Should have 4+ years of experience in Linux Driver Development, Application development
• Excellent debugging skills at kernel and user space and exposure to different debugging tools
• High level understanding of ARM & RISC (Instructions) OR MB Processor and Assembly Programming
