Key Factors:

1. Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the education sector, specifically in selling admission management solutions to CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, and boarding schools.
2. Strong understanding of the admission processes and challenges faced by educational institutions.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with school stakeholders at all levels.
4. The proactive and results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsible for completing the UK Year End accounts as per the timeline with zero errors as per the tasks allocated by client manager or dot manager.

Prompt communication for all the queries pertaining to the job and resolving the queries.

Ensure client and dot managers are informed about leave absence in advance and the work at hand is completed.

To timely fill timesheet and utilise the time to complete the jobs effectively.

Sending an updated work email to client manager and dot manager respectively.

Knowledge of Preparing UK Year-End working paper.

Posting of bank transactions into the bookkeeping software’s such as- Payments, Receipts, Deposits Bank Fees, etc. and reconciling Bank Accounts. 

Detailed knowledge of filling Vat returns with HMRC.

Exporting Reports on Excel Spreadsheet and PDF generated from the Software.

Knowledge of running the UK payroll is an advantage but not essential. Feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

6-9 years’ work experience performing relevant engineering job functions preferably in the eCommerce space. ● 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with mastery of Apex programming, JavaScript, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. ● Proficient in the Salesforce platform, with substantial experience across a variety of Salesforce products, including OMS, OCI, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Mulesoft. ● Understanding of data and system integration tools, methods and platforms ● Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Java/Kotlin, Spring, Kafka, SQL, GitHub, CI/CD, Eclipse IDEs, and JavaScript/HTML/CSS is a plus. ● Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders. ● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. ● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

• Design, create and maintain databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to production systems
• Configure and maintain database servers and processes, monitor system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Convert complex business requirements into technical specifcations to build scalable and reliable data solutions 
• Apply data modelling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations.
• Independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time on production, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.
• Develop complex query, performance tuning, stored procedures and triggers, scheduled jobs, schema refinement.
• Flexibility to work after office hours for any production issue or production deployment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.

Qualifications include:

• 4+ years of database and backend development experience

• Hands on experience with RDBMS and NoSQL data stores like  MySQL and MongoDB
• Experience working with Python scripting and application development
• Experience working with Cloud applications and data stores like AWS RDS is a plus

• Experience JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS, StencilJS, CSS, Bootstrap, CSS, Nginx, Node.JS. Hands on in ReactJS is a must.
