Job Description

As a graphic designer, you should have

• Strong Ideation and visualization skills. - Sound layout sense.
• Should be able to work with the complete Adobe suite including Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign or Canva.
• Never ending urge to learn.
• Should be talented and skilled to bring creative ideas to life either digitally or in print.
• Work from a verbal brief or from a rough scribble.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare creatives for social media platforms like Facebook , instagram , Twitter , Linkedin etc.
• Analyze marketing challenges and create designs that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
• Create visual stories that transform information, messages and concepts into high-quality assets that educate, inspire, and accurately depict and promote the brand, keeping in mind the visual language and brand tone.
• Create landing pages and web page designs.

Required skills:

• Experience in a small/mid sized ad agency or a digital team.
• 2-5 years of experience in the field of social media graphic designing (Twitter / Instagram / Twitter / Linkedin etc)
• A solid understanding of composition, typography, colors, iconography & design in general.
• Design communication materials for all internal, external communication and for other
• Should be passionate about advertising, PLUS you may possess a degree/diploma in commercial art from an ART institute.
• Out of the box thinker, attitude to work with good interpersonal skills.
• Well conversed with graphic and layout software like Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW and Canva.
• Good aesthetic sense and creative ability.
• Having knowledge of basic web designing.

Procurement Management

• Oversee and manage the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials for cosmetic production.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to maintain seamless production schedules.
• Conduct market research and attend trade fairs/exhibitions across India to source innovative products and stay updated on industry trends.

Production Coordination

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure availability of materials for efficient manufacturing.
• Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth material flow and inventory management.

Research and Development Support

• Work with the R&D team to identify and procure suitable raw materials for new product formulations.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in cosmetics and skincare to support innovation and development.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that procured materials meet regulatory and company quality standards.
• Work closely with the quality control team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Budgeting and Cost Management

• Perform cost-benefit analyses to optimize spending and secure the best value.
• Conduct forecasting and variance analysis to align procurement with financial goals.
• Review and approve expenses related to procurement, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to meet organizational goals.
• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in procurement in the cosmetics, beauty, or skincare industry.
• Strong knowledge of raw material and packaging material procurement.
• Proficiency in production scheduling, market research, and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and team collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in cosmetics production is an advantage.

• Work closely with Product Managers to drive product improvements through data-driven decisions.
• Conduct analysis to determine new project pilot settings, new features, user behavior, and in-app behavior.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership using high-quality visualizations and concise messaging.
• Own the implementation of data collection and tracking, and coordinate with the engineering and product team.
• Create and maintain dashboards for product and business teams.
• Lead and own the analysis of highly complex data sources, identifying trends and patterns in data, and provide insights/recommendations based on analysis results
• Track feature success of new launches, and set systems to identify causation of change in metrics post every release.
• Deep dive on experiment results, and present insights for the supporting the subsequent product decisions.

Skills & Qualifications 

●Should have experience of Angular 13 

●Should have 1 year of experience in NodeJS and RESTFUL API Development. 

●Strong knowledge of Front-End web development in Advance JavaScript (ES6, ES7, 

ES8, ES9), OOPS Concept PLUS exceptional debug skills 

●Experience in Unit test development (Test Driven Development – TDD) 

●Experience building progressive responsive web applications. 

●Experience in the concepts of code repositories (Preference GIT) and be able to commit 

code 

●A team player with good communication skills 

●Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability 

●Good to have - Continuous Integration (CI) tools like Jenkins. 

●Any experience on AWS will be a plus 

What are we looking for 

●5+ years of experience  in HTML5, CSS,Bootstrap,JavaScript,Tailwind,Angular (12.0 or higher), TypeScript and related technologies  

Educational Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
