Roles & Responsibilities

SAP Payroll

• Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll processes based on business requirements.
• Manage payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll areas, and payroll control records.
• Execute payroll runs and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
• Configure statutory payroll requirements, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Perform payroll validation, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.
• Support payroll audits and ensure compliance with organizational and statutory regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for payroll processing and reporting.

SAP Time Management

• Configure and maintain work schedules, holiday calendars, absence and attendance types.
• Manage leave management, shift planning, overtime, and time evaluation processes.
• Configure Time Management schemas, rules, quotas, and counting rules.
• Support integration between Time Management and Payroll modules.
• Troubleshoot time evaluation errors and resolve attendance-related issues.
• Ensure accurate time recording and compliance with labor regulations.

SAP HCM

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP HCM modules as per client requirements.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
• Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development.
• Conduct end-user training and create process documentation.
• Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.

Requirements:

• Actively seek out new Sales Opportunities. 
• Knowledge of bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer and PPH.
• Experience generating leads through Linkedin, Linkedin Sales Navigator and similar portals. 
• Building out and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and potential new business.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities. 
• Develop and manage efficient networks for Business Development. 
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company. 
• Write new business proposals. 
• Keep prospective client database/CRM updated.

Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR Manager for approval

• Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various 

platforms

• Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules.

• Managing and handling the orientation of new employees.

• Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development 

programs for employees with HR Heads.

• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, 

compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.

• Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as 

staffing, training and performance evaluations.

• Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development

• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

• Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.

• Exit interviews and Full & Final Settlement.

• Payroll, Time office and attendance management.

Requirements

• Must have proven experience working as an HR executive or its equivalent.

• Experienced with recruiting and its full cycle.

• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws

• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office

What You'll Do

●       Develop embedded system architecture that is efficient and scalable

●       Develop multi-device system design, envision customer interaction, and corner cases to build issue-free design

●       Develop firmware code for Interrupt driven system which interacts with Android and cloud

●       Implement function safety, protection and security in the embedded system

●       Implement predictive hardware failure features

You Should Have

●       3+ year experience in embedded system design

●       Mastery in C/C++ for embedded systems. Strong fundamentals of Microcontrollers and their common peripherals.

●       Strong basics of C/C++, memory map, compiler functionality

●       Done multiple projects during graduation/post-graduation. Participated and performed in tech competitions. 

●       Experience working with actuators like motors (DC/brushless), LED/LCD and HMI interfaces, speakers, sensors etc

●       Experience working with motor control algorithms and PID controllers

• Proficiency with Linux OS and basic bash scripting

Requirements:

·  UIPath certification

·  Proficient in UI Path Platform, Test Manage, Test Suite, with 6+ years of Experience on Test Automation

·  Hands-on experience in building automated scripts using Low-Code No-Code Platform (UIpath)

·  Experience on Testing SOAP or REST API

·  Experience building data driven tests and frameworks for Web, Windows, and Micro services.

·  Understanding of test methodologies (regression, functional, unit, integration, code coverage, performance, etc.)

·  Experience building data driven tests and frameworks for Web, Windows, and Micro services.

·  Designing and developing test automation frameworks and understanding of test automation design patterns and software testing principles.

·  Familiarity with Relational Databases and SQL

·  Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field

·  Minimum of 7 years of experience in software testing and test automation

·  Minimum of 5 years of experience in UIPath test automation

·  Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools

·  Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines

·  Ability to analyze and debug complex issues

·  Excellent problem-solving skills

·  Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

·  Knowledge of agile methodologies

Need to be flexible with respect to working times, provide two hours overlap with IST (Central Time) and UK time on an ongoing basis.
