Key responsibilities:
Automation & Frameworks
- Design, build, and maintain Test Automation frameworks using best practices.

Required skills:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong knowledge of various testing techniques – UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD) strategies
- Solid understanding of test methodologies (functional, non-functional, BDD)
- Expertise in end-to-end automation tools like Selenium, WebDriver, and Puppeteer for browser automation and UI testing
- Familiarity with JavaScript testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Webpack (a plus)
- Basic coding knowledge in Java, HTML5, CSS3, DB2, XML is a plus
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies

POSITION PURPOSE:
Overall Responsibility in delivering quality projects and products as per the BRD within the specified time line. Should be able to lead/handle a team to write and test code effectively and must work with business owners overseas. Lead planning and/or implementation of projects. May participate in the design and/or testing phases. Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress and provide corrective supervision if necessary. Work cross-functionally across teams to solve problems and implement changes. Follow defined, agreed upon project management plans.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EXPERIENCE/CHARACTERISTIC
● Experience: 1 or 2 years as a Sales Trainer in the BPO sector
● Candidate should have experience in training new employees and

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum product dev experience of 3+ years in web/mobile startups with expertise in designing and implementing high performance web applications.

- You love to own end to end responsibility, starting from defining the problem statement (either yourself or alongside your peers), development (PoC if needed), testing, releasing in staging & then production env and finally monitoring.

- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
