Job Summary

We are looking for channel professionals who have previously developed and driven revenue from a network for Reseller Channel Partners.


Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new sales and the growth of IQnext through reseller and system integrators. You will gain knowledge and experience in the new and growing industry of SaaS and cloud.


Impact

You will work with leads to generate IQnext's revenue engine through channel sales. You will work closely with the founders and you'll also have support from our growing Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to maximize the value and success of your efforts.


Responsibilities

  1. Identify, appoint & onboard Channel Partner/System Integrator who can sell IQnext Products to their prospects/solutions.
  2. Generate revenue through the appointed channel.
  3. Prepare and execute detailed business plans with their defined partners based on customer segments and territory.
  4. Ensure that the partner workforce is enabled with product knowledge and is constantly engaged through regular interactions.
  5. Be an extended arm of the direct sales team by feeding them leads & opportunities through the partner network and setting up interlocks to ensure effective co-selling.
  6. Ensure that partner leads/opportunities are captured in the CRM and that a weekly/monthly/quarterly pipeline is built along with the forecast.
  7. Coordinate with partner operations and internal to ensure partners' issues are resolved on priority.


Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Passionate about sales and technology
  2. Has proven sales experience of a minimum of 2 years in Channel (CCTV, Access Control, A/V Systems, etc.)
  3. Proven track record in appointing channel partners and generating business from them
  4. Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
  5. Proficiency in sales pipeline planning and forecasting
  6. Is extremely motivated to succeed and is a problem solver

Job Summary :

To achieve our ambitious goal, we are looking for a Business Development (BD) Manager who is proactive in nature and works in a pre-sales and sales role, and generates leads on his/her own using different methods (B2B portals, emails, cold calls) from the enterprise/channel customer segment.


Opportunity:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new sales and the growth of IQnext in the channel/reseller segment. The person in this role will pioneer some of IQnext’s biggest deals by landing new logos and formalizing enterprise-wide relationships with companies via resellers/channel partners. You will gain knowledge and experience in the new age industry of SaaS and cloud.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Sales and Partnership & closely work with Cofounders.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customer targets from channel/reseller segments.
  • Apply consultative sales skills to build relationships with channel/resellers to generate new business from their network -Close deals, acquire new customers, generate revenue


We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about sales + technology.
  • Has proven experience of 3-5 years in B2B / Corporate / Channel sales and selling tech-based products/solutions to business and technology stakeholders interacting with key decision makers.
  • Has worked in the Commercial Real Estate segment and Selling experience in Facility Management Solutions, Building Management systems.
  • Has experience in Pre-Sales & Sales.
  • Team player, with excellent oral & written communication, and presentation skills and must be able to articulate technology & product positioning to both business & technical users.
  • Has knowledge of the corporate/enterprise procurement process, decision-making criteria, processes they use, etc
  • Is extremely motivated to succeed and is a problem solver.
  • Knowledge of complex decision-making groups (or ability to grasp this quickly)
  • Proven track record of planning sales pipelines.
  • Well organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-minded, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
