IT Sales Consultant

Ideal Candidate

8+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3–5 years in technical/architectural leadership roles across web and mobile platforms.

Expert in React.js and React Native, with hands-on experience designing and building scalable, modular applications using modern front-end frameworks and reusable component libraries.

Strong geospatial capabilities—proven experience integrating and optimizing mapping solutions (e.g., Google Maps, HERE Maps) with features like routing, clustering, and overlays.

Mobile-first mindset, with deep knowledge of responsive UI design, performance optimization for low-bandwidth environments, and cross-platform compatibility.

Architectural expertise in modular design, micro-frontends, SSR/SSG, PWAs, and cross-platform solutions—ideally with experience in monorepo environments and BFF patterns.

Technical leadership skills, including mentoring developers, enforcing best practices, driving autonomous development, and aligning technical solutions with business needs.

CI/CD & DevOps familiarity—strong understanding of build tools (Webpack, Vite, Metro), containerization (Docker), and deployment automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.

Security, accessibility, and testing focus—capable of implementing WCAG-compliant UIs, secure data handling, and robust test strategies using tools like Jest, Cypress, Detox, and Appium

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

 Record and maintain accounting entries, including Payments, Receipts, Journals, Sales, Purchases, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Stock, and Stock Journals.

 Manage daily bank entries and perform monthly bank reconciliations. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)

 Ensure timely TDS payments before the 7th of each month

 Prepare and file TDS returns within statutory timelines Goods & Services Tax (GST)

 Maintain knowledge of applicable GST rates and regulations.

 Prepare monthly GST data and ensure timely filing of GST returns.

 Manage annual GST return filing.

Statutory Contributions

 Prepare and process monthly payments for Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Professional Tax.  Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and deadlines. Vendor & Auditor Coordination

 Ensure timely processing and payment of vendor invoices before due dates.

 Coordinate with vendors and Chartered Accountants for queries, invoices, audits, and compliance-related matters.

Compliance & Regulatory Filings

 Prepare and maintain compliance data for the following: o Income Tax Returns (ITR) o Quarterly TDS Returns o Annual Professional Tax and Property Tax o Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings o Annual Performance Report (APR) o FEMA compliance o Yearly license renewals

 Ensure timely preparation and submission of all statutory and regulatory filings. Advance Tax

 Calculate advance tax liabilities accurately.

 Ensure timely payment of advance tax as per due dates. 

Create Error and Success Messages that are user-friendly, concise, and

aligned with the platforms tone.

• Draft informational tooltips (“i” symbol content) for all features to guide

users intuitively.

• Write onboarding form content to ensure smooth user registration and

setup.

• Develop step-by-step tutorials for each module of the platform (written

& visual).

• Script and collaborate with the design/video team to produce tutorial

videos for all modules.

• Draft and maintain Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy in compliance

with applicable laws and SaaS industry standards.

• Prepare content for customer agreements and other legal or

operational documents related to the platform.

• Create technical blogs and news articles related to security, SaaS, and

cybersecurity.

• Draft technical press releases highlighting platform updates, product

launches, and company milestones.

• Curate content for technical presentations for internal, client, and

conference use.

• Write email templates and all other communication templates for user

engagement, onboarding, notifications, and marketing.

• Create and maintain product documentation using platforms

like Mintlify, ReadMe, GitBook, or similar.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and

marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and usability.

• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, is consistent, and enhances
