Responsibilities:

· Pipeline management: Analyze and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads and opportunities, and work closely with the sales team to identify areas of improvement.
· Sales process optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and tools.
· Sales reporting and analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to identify trends and areas of opportunity, and work with the sales team to develop actionable insights.
· Sales enablement: Work closely with the sales team to provide the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed, including sales training, product information, and customer insights.
· Territory management: Develop and manage sales territories to maximize revenue potential and ensure a balanced workload for sales reps.
Requirements:
· Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
· 3 to 8 years of experience required in sales.
· Strong knowledge of consumer appliances, their features, and market trends.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, team management & conflict management.
