Saas Business Development Manager (End to End Sales)

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with 4–5 years of experience who can think beyond screens and push the product forward. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional, user-centric experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with product managers and stakeholders to define product strategy, requirements, and user goals.
• Lead user research interviews, usability tests, and data interpretation, translating insights into actionable design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visually polished interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Drive design direction while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Develop detailed user personas, journeys, flows, information architecture, and interaction models.
• Conduct end-to-end usability testing and iterate designs based on findings.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation and resolve UI/UX challenges.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, evolving UX patterns, and new tools and technologies, bringing fresh thinking to the team.
• Provide mentorship, design critiques, and guidance to junior designers to maintain overall design quality.
• Advocate for user-centered thinking across the organization and influence product decisions through design expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4–5 years of solid UI/UX design experience, with a strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking.
• Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and UX research methods.
• Excellent visual design sensibility with a strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and design systems.
• Proven ability to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Experience designing for responsive, mobile-first environments; familiarity with accessibility standards is a plus.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Manager based in Mumbai to support TradeLab’s business expansion across Western India. The role is strongly focused on prospecting, lead generation, and assisting in closing new business deals with

discount brokers, full-service brokers, banks, and fintech platforms. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of capital markets/fintech and be eager to grow into a high impact

enterprise sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage new potential clients aligned with TradeLab’s target segments (brokers, fintech platforms, banks).

• Sales Pipeline Support: Qualify leads, schedule product demos, participate in discussions, and support sales managers in progressing

• Client Outreach: Conduct outreach via emails, calls, LinkedIn, industry events, and partner networks to expand the top-of-funnel pipeline.

• Product Demonstrations: Assist in presenting TradeLab’s offerings to clients along with the product/solutions team.

• Proposal & Documentation Support: Prepare proposals, business decks, pitch materials, and basic commercial documents.

• Market Understanding: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes like SEBI guidelines.

• CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of leads, interactions, proposals, and pipeline status using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce).

• Event Representation: Represent TradeLab at industry meets, product demos, conferences, and networking engagements.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales, product, and solutions teams to craft suitable value propositions for client requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years in B2B sales, business development, or inside sales within fintech, capital markets, SaaS, trading, or investment platforms.

• Industry Understanding: Basic understanding of trading platforms, brokers, capital market ecosystem, or fintech workflows.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident client- facing presence.

• Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport with key client stakeholders and maintain professional follow-ups.

• Target Orientation: Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

• CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems for tracking leads and pipeline management.

• Self-Driven Attitude: High ownership mindset with willingness to learn, grow, and handle responsibilities independently.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to trading systems (OMS, RMS) or fintech API-based platforms.

• Familiarity with SEBI market regulations and algo trading basics.

• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles or solution-selling environments.

• Sound knowledge of Core Java, JSP, Servlets & MVC, Spring
• Good knowledge of Java Script, Ajax
• Good knowledge of My SQL database server
• Experience in working with IDE like Eclipse or Netbeans
• Knowledge of Spring would be an advantage

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities :

- Design, implement and maintain robust network infrastructures connecting all locations to deliver secure, high availability (>99.9%) network services throughout a global environment.

- Recommend, develop, collaborate, and support adherence to network standards, policies, and procedures in accordance with best practices.

- Implement and support networking solutions according to II-VI Incorporated standards and industry best practices.

- Assist and consult with systems and network professionals, including those at other II-VI sites, on networking initiatives, technologies, and compatibility between sites.

- Lead network infrastructure efforts (LAN and WAN) to include project planning, quality implementation and administration.

- Work with outside vendors to provide a stable network environment.

- Ensure continuous network operations through the design and implementation of resilient services and appropriate failover capabilities.

- Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure network infrastructure resiliency and recoverability.

- Participate in the validation and periodic testing of recovery procedures.

- Develop and manage multiple concurrent project plans to effectively implement information technology solutions.

- Communicate the scope, goals, deliverables, and significant milestones.

- Effectively communicate project expectations with team members and project stakeholders.

- Identify, implement, monitor and maintain network services including the existing VoIP infrastructure, wireless, LAN/WAN topologies, and process control networks.

- Participate in administration and support of networks, security, telephony, video, wireless and operations.

- Deliver end-user support to a regional user base on a timely basis and in accordance with department standards, consistent with legal and statutory requirements and with industry best practices.

Skills/Qualifications (include Education, Skills & Experience) :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science\related area or equivalent work experience and knowledge.

- 7 - 10 years of experience in network and telephony planning, design, and management for a global company.

- Cisco route & switch CCNP certifications are required.

- Voice and/or security certifications are preferred.

- Possess expert knowledge of network and data communication protocols and technologies.

- Able to design, implement and support converged networks with voice, data, video and wireless access.

- Must be able to scale upwards and adopt newer technologies that include converged infrastructure, software defined networks, and application delivery.

- Possess proficient knowledge and practical experience in the design and management of dynamic network routing and switching; wireless networking; implementation and support of VoIP technologies and videoconferencing.

- Experience with Cisco technologies, Check Point firewalls, Palo Alto and F5 equipment is preferred.

- Strong vendor management experience desired.

- The candidate should have good communication and troubleshooting skills to manage MPLS, telecom, and data providers.

- Excellent customer service skills including telephone techniques, listening skills, sense of urgency and enthusiasm.

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with end-users, IT professionals and management.

- Demonstrated skills in network project planning and management, documentation, problem-solving and work prioritization.

- Proven technical project management and documentation skills.

- Must be both team-oriented and self-motivated.

- Willing to travel, domestic and international.
