We are inviting applications for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Account Manager with 3-4 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms for various clients, actively engage in client communications, and work on implementing social media strategies that drive growth and engagement.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Develop and execute creative and data-driven social media strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Actively participate in client meetings, providing regular updates, and acting as the primary point of contact for all social media-related communications.
- Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize strategies to meet client KPIs and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform strategies and recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, design, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive digital campaigns and align strategies across various channels.
- Manage client expectations, providing timely feedback, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience working in social media management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.) and their best practices.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to develop creative strategies and content that engage target audiences and drive results.
- Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools to track performance and recommend improvements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
- Prior experience working directly with clients and managing communications is a must.

- Maintain and build solutions on top of the AEM Scene 7 DAM and SoCo modules
- Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of the CQ core platform and integrate with other systems


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelors or master’s in software engineering, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
- 5+ years experience as a Back-End or Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience working with Python with 3+ years Preferably with AWS Services knowledge (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Queues, Topics, etc)
- Strong Knowledge in Python v3.x Language
- Experience in REST APIs with JSON
- Error handling and Logging
- Any DB knowledge
- Knowledge in Node.js is an added advantage
- Knowledge in implementing Terraform is a plus
- Knowledge on Sumo Logic log aggregation is a plus
- Must know how to produce high quality, “Clean” code that is performant, maintainable and secure

1.Take daily doubt sessions for their respective subjects (Phys/Chem/Maths)
2.Problem solving and solution preparation
3.Content Creation (DPP's, test series etc) and supervision.

Strong understanding of software development cycle
-Hands on experience in Python and familiarity with at least one framework, preferably Django
-Experience in third party integrations.
-Strong understanding of relational databases (MySql, Postgresql etc.)
-Comfortable with search engines like ElasticSearch.
-Hands on experience of AWS services.
-Knowledge of version control tools like Git/SVN.
-Strong unit testing and debugging skills.
-Good understanding of data structures, algorithms and design patterns.
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency or understanding of specific languages such Java, PHP, HTML or Python .and Operating System.
Good to have:
-Hands on experience of AWS services.
-Good exposure in writing and optimising SQL(such as PostgreSQL) for high-performance systems with large databases.
-Exposure at handling server side issues and quick resolution.
-Experience working on scalable, high availability applications/services.
