About Sales Manager role:

• Sales Role in a B2B SaaS startup in AI space led by 2X entrepreneurs from IIT, IIMs. Fast paced with a lot of learning and growth.
• Responsibility: Selling the product to brands and businesses. Generate leads, Build relationships, Get customer inputs on product, and most importantly Generate Revenue
• Duration: 3-6 months internship || Converts to Full Time based on performance

Prompt Engineer Intern (Intern → Full-Time)

We’re an early-stage AI startup founded by 2× entrepreneurs from IIT & IIM, building user-first AI products from day one. We move fast, talk to clients daily, and ship relentlessly.

We’re looking for a curious, driven Prompt Engineer Intern who wants real ownership—not just theory. This is a hands-on role with a clear path to full-time conversion based on performance.

If you enjoy decoding client needs, crafting precise AI prompts, and turning vague requirements into reliable workflows, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with clients regularly to deeply understand their requirements, use cases, and pain points
• Translate client feedback into optimized AI workflows, prompts, and system architectures
• Design, test, and refine prompts for LLMs to deliver accurate, efficient outputs
• Prioritize workflow improvements and write clear, actionable prompt specs and test cases
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate prompts into live AI products and iterate based on results
• Track and analyze AI performance metrics (e.g., accuracy, latency, cost) to refine workflows
• Help shape the AI roadmap with a strong bias for execution, scalability, and client impact

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and building real-world AI solutions
• High client empathy and excellent written & verbal communication to bridge business needs with tech
• Fast learner with a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, experimenting with prompts, and moving quickly
• No prior prompt engineering experience required—curiosity, hustle, and accountability matter more

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 months
• Conversion: Full-time opportunity based on performance
• Stipend: ₹10,000 - 15000 per month
• Full-Time CTC: ₹4.5+ LPA (performance-based)
• Ideal Profile: Aspiring Prompt Engineer with some exposure to AI projects, hackathons, side projects, or experimenting with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Grok)

• Duration: 3-6 months internship || Converts to Full Time based on performance 
• Compensation (Stipend): 15-25k per month || Full time 4 - 6 LPA
• Ideal Profile: Interest in building a sales career, great communication, good discipline, basic understand of tech (AI)
