About Jinn AI

Most retail sales happen in conversations at the counter, and almost none of them are measured. Jinn AI changes that. Our AI wearables capture in-store sales conversations and turn them into coaching, conversion insights and leadership analytics for high-value retail brands. We're founded by serial entrepreneurs from IIT and IIM with 25+ years in B2B tech, and we're now taking Jinn to the US.

The role

You'll be the first person dedicated to building Jinn's presence primarily with US buyers. You'll work directly with the founders, create content people actually read, grow a community of US retail leaders, and turn that attention into qualified leads. Every part of the role has a number attached, and you'll own those numbers.

What you'll do

•    Content (about 40%)

–    Write 3–4 LinkedIn posts a week for the founders and the company page, in their voice

–    Publish 2 SEO-led blogs a month on retail sales, store performance and AI on the floor

–    Turn customer wins into case studies: interview the client team, pull the numbers, write it up

•    Inbound and lead funnel (about 35%)

–    Drive US traffic to the website through LinkedIn, SEO and newsletter, with UTM tracking on every link

–    Set up and run lead capture: demo requests, gated case studies, webinars, newsletter sign-ups

–    Build US target account lists, map buyers, and draft outreach sequences (the founders send)

–    Qualify inbound leads against our ICP and hand them to the founders in the CRM

•    Community (about 25%)

–    Build and run a community of US retail sales and operations leaders (newsletter plus a LinkedIn group)

–    Host a monthly virtual roundtable or AMA with a retail leader

–    Engage daily with US retail voices and invite the right people in

Who we're looking for

•    You write clearly and simply in English, and can show us things you've written

•    You're curious about how businesses work, like turning a messy idea into a sharp point, and are comfortable living in spreadsheets and analytics

•    You use AI tools daily, but know a first draft isn't a finished one

•    You take feedback without getting defensive, and act on it the same day

•    Bonus: you've grown a LinkedIn, newsletter, blog or college publication; you read a lot of US B2B content

Final-year students and recent graduates (0–1 year) welcome. Your degree subject doesn't matter.

Internship Stipend: 20k / month; FT Compensation Range: 5 - 7 LPA (depending on outcomes/performance)

• Sales Role in a B2B SaaS startup in AI space led by 2X entrepreneurs from IIT, IIMs. Fast paced with a lot of learning and growth.
• Responsibility: Selling the product to brands and businesses. Generate leads, Build relationships, Get customer inputs on product, and most importantly Generate Revenue
• Duration: 3-6 months internship || Converts to Full Time based on performance 
• Compensation (Stipend): 25-30k per month || Full time 5 - 10 LPA
• Ideal Profile: Prior exposure to sales (6 months+) + basic understand of tech

• Responsibility: Doing research and making a list of potential leads. Outreach to leads at Scale leading to selling Voice AI agent to businesses. Generate leads, Build relationships, Get customer inputs on product, and most importantly Generate Revenue
• Duration: 3-6 months internship || Converts to Full Time based on performance 
• Compensation (Stipend): 15-25k per month || Full time 4 - 6 LPA
• Ideal Profile: Interest in building a sales career, great communication, good discipline, basic understand of tech (AI)
