Internship Overview
We’re hiring a Social Media Strategist Intern to help scale our digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. This isn’t a copy-paste content role. You’ll research trends, craft engaging narratives, and experiment with post formats designed to spark conversations and build community.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to social strategy in a B2B agency context—and has the curiosity and discipline to back it up with execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Research content trends across B2B, content marketing, and SaaS spaces
- Draft compelling, on-brand social posts (text, visuals, carousels, polls, etc.)
- Manage and schedule posts across platforms (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Track post performance and optimize based on engagement data
- Collaborate with writers and designers to bring campaigns to life
- Pitch ideas for new content formats and experiments
- Keep an eye on competitor activity and industry trends
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong writing skills with a good sense of voice, tone, and clarity

Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. This is not a typical sales role. At TVL Media, you’ll work closely with leadership to shape go-to-market strategies, pitch high-value services, and build long-term client relationships in the B2B space.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, email, and networking
- Own the entire sales process: prospecting, pitching, proposal, and closure
- Create tailored outreach strategies for different verticals (B2B, SaaS, Fintech, etc.)
- Understand client needs and translate them into content service opportunities
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to build strong sales collateral
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate deal tracking and follow-ups
- Represent TVL Media in meetings, events, and online communities to build visibility
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital agency, content firm, or B2B environment
- Proven experience with cold outreach and consultative selling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of content marketing, SaaS, or B2B media landscapes
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
- Ability to work independently and bring fresh thinking to outreach and positioning

- Design visually engaging layouts for B2B content: whitepapers, eBooks, reports, and presentations
- Develop brand-aligned graphics for blog articles, social posts, email campaigns, and website assets
- Collaborate with writers, editors, and strategists to ensure creative consistency and clarity

As a senior writer, you'll play a key role in crafting compelling and informative content that engages our target audience, generates leads, and positions us as a thought leader in the industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ideation: Develop content plans and content strategies that align with business goals.
- Research & Execute Content Strategies: Create, edit, and publish SEO-friendly engaging content on Social Media pages in collaboration with a team
- Content Strategy and Optimization: Manage overall content plan for social media and marketing campaigns for TVL Media’s clientele.
- Organized: Develop and maintain a content calendar based on keyword research and target audience insights.
- Tracking & Analyzing: Track the success of the published content and target viewer action. Measuring the content’s success by tracking KPIs like impressions, engagement, AVD, CTR, and conversions.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular reports to demonstrate content’s performance and content’s success.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and algorithm updates.
- Consistent: Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
- Collaborative: You will be working with a team to make sure that the content is published on the strategic schedule and deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge and proof of work in Copywriting and Content Writing. (If you’re confident with your skill, you have a chance.)
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Min 2+ years of experience in content writing and copywriting.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content.
