🔍 Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Academic Counsellor to guide students in selecting the right educational path based on their interests, abilities, and career aspirations. You will be the bridge between the institution and students, helping them make informed decisions and ensuring a smooth academic journey.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Understand students’ academic background, goals, and challenges through counseling sessions (in-person, phone, or online).
- Guide students on courses, career paths, and academic planning based on their interests and aptitude.
- Assist in the admission and enrollment process, including explaining course details, fee structure, and eligibility.
- Follow up with leads and maintain records of inquiries and student data using CRM tools.
- Address concerns of students and parents with patience, professionalism, and care.
- Collaborate with faculty and support teams to monitor student progress and retention.
- Achieve monthly conversion/enrollment targets as assigned.
🧠 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (education, psychology, or counseling preferred).
- Proven experience in academic or career counseling, preferably in the education industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping students.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and optimize SEO and SEM performance.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms (posts, emails, ads).
- Track and analyze website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Manage social media channels and increase engagement and followers.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers for campaign assets.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of basic design and content creation tools is a plus.
