Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner with 5+ years of proven experience in managing and scaling SaaS products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, driving roadmap execution, and ensuring successful product delivery aligned with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define, own, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

* Translate business requirements and market needs into clear, actionable product features

* Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including sprint planning and grooming

* Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth execution

* Define user journeys, workflows, and product flows for optimal user experience

Required Professional Skills & Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner

* Strong experience in SaaS product management

* MBA preferred (not mandatory)

* Solid understanding of business strategy, market analysis, and product positioning

* Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

* Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams

* Excellent product documentation skills (PRDs, roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria)

* Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centric design

Store Manager – Apparel Retail

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations in our apparel store. The role involves driving sales, managing store staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring excellent customer experience while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete store operations including sales, staff, inventory, and customer service

Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Recruit, train, motivate, and manage store team performance

• Selling the company's diabetes management plans through outbound calls to a set of pre generated leads
• Managing relationship with onboarded customers and taking feedback and resolving customer queries
• Receiving in-bound calls from the customer and helping them to understand Oxyjon’s plans and offerings
• Being the second point of contact for partner doctors and hospitals and visiting them when required, to resolve their queries

Desired Candidate Profile

• A decent understanding of the sales and customer acquisition processes
• Good social skills with ability to understand customer needs and develop relationships with people
• Past experience in successfully closing sales deals remotely is a must
• Must be open to move around in NCR and meet doctors
• Past experience of 3-5 years in similar roles either with healthcare start-ups or in a similar role in related or other industries
• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must
• Must at least be a graduate in any stream from a reputed university
• Person must be proficient in using internet and tools such as Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaboratively work with UX team, product managers, back-end engineers and other technical teams to create new, delightful and scalable UI
