Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

·      Contact and develop relationships with potential customers through email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.

·      Execute email campaigns targeting prospects to generate leads and create business opportunities.

·      Mine data and extract information of C-level executives from various online sources and tools.

Sales Process Management

·      Follow up on leads and respond to sales inquiries from existing and potential customers as per guidelines.

·      Assist senior staff in generating and following up on leads.

·      Convince clients, schedule appointments, and manage the sales pipeline.

·      Track sales efforts and monitor results to ensure alignment with targets.

Customer Relationship Management

·      Liaise between customers and the company to provide up-to-date status on service, pricing, and new product releases.

·      Collect customer feedback and conduct market research to inform business strategy and product development.

·      Maintain CRM systems to manage lead generation, track interactions, and store customer information.

Market & Competitor Analysis

·      Stay informed about the latest products, market trends, and competitors to provide insights for business strategy.

·      Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Two or more years of user experience design experience for software, web applications and/or mobile devices.

Strong conceptualisation ability, drawing skills and paper prototyping technique.

Cognisant of production timelines and having attention to detail.

Ability to create task flows, high fidelity wireframes, micro interactions as well as visual design.

Strong working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Axure and associated UX design tools.

Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UX practices and heuristics.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

ADDITIONAL

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interaction design, new media design or related design field.

Assist with the development, execution, management, and measurement of digital marketing programs and campaigns that drive customer awareness, traffic, sales and retention across D2C eCommerce touchpoints

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, propose, and execute a robust promotion plan in partnership with brand teams to drive sales on owned D2C platforms

2. Create D2C channel from scratch for a brand as well as run an existing one

3. Activate key marketing channels (social, SEM, SEO, display, email, influencer, and affiliate marketing) to drive qualified traffic

4. Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe analytics to assess and optimize the performance of sites, campaigns, and marketing channels

5. Utilize web and sales analytics data to analyze business performance and provide insights and recommendations for growth

6. Develop and propose innovative marketing programs and initiatives to grow the D2C business.

7. Effectively provide executive stakeholders with timely promotion and marketing campaign performance reports

8. Ensure content marketing and content updation on own channel to engage consumers

9. Launch a long-running program to ensure higher retention and drive repeat purchases

Requirements:

 Experience in running D2C channels from an end-to-end perspective

 Experience in data analytics and use of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to assess and report site and channel performance

 Technical Support Representative (Internet Connectivity)

Under general supervision, in a 24/7 inbound call center environment, Technical Support Representatives will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software set up, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required.

Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:

• Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
• Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms;
• Working knowledge of networking, DSL, VDSL, VOIP, Cable internet, Router, switch, Sip configuration;
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, IPTV, VOIP, basic trouble shooting and more;
• Need to know only basic trouble shooting of Domestic routers, Mac ID and windows.
• Knowledge about DNS, Basic network trouble shooting
• Research required information using available resources;
• Follow standard processes and procedures;
• Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers
• Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;
• Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;

Senior Technical Support Representative (Internet Connectivity)
For Level 1.2 Technicians:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree, and Major is related to Computer science or Networking.
• Understanding the DSL Technology and familiar with Modem/Router connections.
• Ability to read/speak/write English fluent and no accent issue for communication.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use the basic DOS Command for network trouble shooting.
• Ability to empathize and professionally troubleshoot and resolve customer’s issues.
• Fast learner and always willing to follow up the request from Management.
• Backgrounds of networking trouble shoot.
• Working experience of Networking/VOIP service/IPTV.
• Ability to troubleshoot with DSL Modem/ Dual Band wifi Router Setup and configuration.

• Technical Engineer/Senior Level Technician of Network system/popular VOIP System Such as: Avaya Phone System or Jadoo TV System support.
• Certificate of: CCNA or CCNP.

5+ years experience with ecommerce web development projects, working in a client services environment, and building sites from start to finish.

Proven experience in collaborating with other developers, technical architects, project managers, UX designers, business analysts, and QA analysts. Experience interfacing directly with clients a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-orientation skills.

Experience working on ecommerce sites for clients with yearly revenues above $5M.

Solid problem-solving and analytical skills in complex environments.

Proven experience in managing complex integrations with customers and third parties in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.

5+ years experience developing client solutions on Magento (3+ years with Magento 2, prior experience with Magento 1).

 Experience with Magneto Cloud.

5+ years experience with CSS, Javascript, PHP, LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). We’ll be expecting that you have advanced knowledge of these technologies that you can apply to your projects. Knowledge of frameworks like CakePHP, CodeIgniter, or Zend Framework would definitely put you ahead of the game.

3+ years experience with advanced JavaScript development and front-end frameworks, especially as they relate to Magento 2.

3+ years experience with HTML and CSS development and front-end frameworks, especially as they relate to Magento 2.

3+ years experience with API integration and/or custom extension development in Magento 2.

Proven experience in creating performant and robust solutions, optimizing both server-side and client-side performance.

One or more Magento Certifications strongly preferred.
