Your contribution will help thousands of wantrepreneurs and start-ups establish their online presence.
Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi proficiency preferred)
- Proven ability to build rapport and close deals virtually

- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Prior experience in business development, partnerships, or incubation support is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with incubation centers and entrepreneurship programs across India
- Pitch and onboard incubators to partner with Websites.co.in
- Develop and execute plans to bundle our website services with incubation training offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of websites to wantrepreneurs
- Help incubation centers and their trainees showcase their businesses online effectively

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Partnerships & Alliances Executive/Associate to join our growing team. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with strategic partners, identifying collaboration opportunities, and driving joint go-to-market initiatives. Freshers with strong communication skills, a high level of maturity, and a willingness to learn are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and approach potential strategic partners and alliances.
- Driving partner engagement to boost usage of the Master-O platform in their business – from new client acquisition and GTM to enhancing existing implementations to incorporating improvements as part of our ongoing product roadmap
- Support the end-to-end partner onboarding process, including communication, documentation, and alignment of goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create co-marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials for partners.
- Assist in managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Track and report partnership metrics, performance, and ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify new alliance opportunities in the B2B SaaS ecosystem.
- Represent Master-O in partner meetings, events, and conferences when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or related roles (internship experience counts).

● Build enduring relationships with skilling organizations for co-creation of curriculum for the program

Requirements ;-
Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:
● Post Graduation in any background, with 1-3 years of experience in the field of partnership building from corporate background
● Computer proficiency- MS Office

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
1. Identify and hunt publishers and understand their challenges in monetization and marketing.
2. Identify and onboard publishers, cultivating a relationship of trust with them.
