Job Description

• Business requirements must be transformed into application logic and functionality before being supported by an architecture created using our software stack. 

• Create/develop the aforementioned application logic and functionality for our mobile app using React Native and TypeScript. 
• By making wise refactoring decisions and addressing production bugs, you can help maintain the current code base. You can also provide reliable standup and code review cycle check-ins, as well as timely communication during business hours. 

• Give a business analysis that is reasonably accurate. Compatibility with our design system and Figma product user interface designs that is pixel-perfect. 

• Display good judgement when choosing when to propose alternatives to problems when features or designs require a lot of work.

Required skillset,

• Experience in frontend and backend Tools ( React Native - Mandatory)
• 0 - 2 years of work experience
• Exposure and hands on experience Mobile application development
• Significant experience working with React web and mobile along with tools like Flux, Flow, Redux, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, functional programming, and front-end languages
• Strong knowledge of React fundamentals such as Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, and component state
• A complete understanding of the full mobile app development lifecycle right from prototyping
• Knowledge of type checking, unit testing, typescript, prop types, and code debugging
• Experience working with REST APIs, document request models, offline storage, and third-party libraries
• Strong understanding of web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Knowledge of user interface design and responsive designs
• Well-versed in a variety of React Native software and technologies such as Jest, Enzyme, ESLint, and so on

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
• Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
• Diagnose and resolve technical and software issues involving internet connectivity, login problems and more
• Research required information using available resources
• Follow standard processes and procedures
• Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
• Redirect problems to appropriate resource
• Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated CRM software
• Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
• Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
• Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates
• Experience of phone-based Software Application/Technical Support or call center experience supporting end users
• Working knowledge of Windows OS
• Proven problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
• Superb communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to think on your feet in a highly demanding and fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication skills.

- Implementing pixel perfect UI as per design mockups

- Integrating APIs

- Integrating with web3 with decentral security 

- Maintaining proper push notifications 

- Managing and maintaining Builds and Releases on both Android and iOS
