We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager to lead Ad Sales for our Automotive Magazine. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in print media ad sales, with a preference for those who have prior experience in the automotive segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive advertising revenue for the print magazine through direct and agency sales.
- Identify and build a strong pipeline of leads through existing contacts and cold outreach.
- Develop and pitch creative sales initiatives tailored to client needs and market trends.
- Leverage your network within the automotive industry, brands, and ad agencies to secure high-value deals.
- Execute sales strategies effectively and efficiently to meet organizational goals.
- Track, achieve, and exceed weekly and monthly sales and activity targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ad sales for print media, preferably within magazine publishing.
- Prior experience in the automotive sector is highly preferred.
- A strong and active network of corporate clients and advertising agencies.
- In-depth understanding of the print advertising landscape and automotive market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
