eAirweb Technologies is hiring a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us grow our custom service-based software development business. We specialize in delivering tailored web and mobile applications to clients globally. This is a remote-first position, with occasional in-person meetings at our office if required.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
- Understand client needs and offer suitable service-based solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, project scope, and pricing with assistance from the technical team
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial contact to deal closure
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handovers
- Track leads, conversations, and performance metrics using CRM tools
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in business development, IT sales, or client handling (preferably in custom software services)
- Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good understanding of project-based software services and development workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
🌟 Preferred Skills
- Experience with international clients (US, UK, Middle East)
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive
- Basic knowledge of technologies like Laravel, VueJS, or Flutter (non-technical level)
- Understanding of SDLC and project estimation processes
