🎯 What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and creative testing.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to refine messaging and ad angles.
- Prepare client reports and performance summaries.
- Learn, test, and implement best practices in paid media.
- Support business development activities such as researching potential clients, preparing pitch decks, helping with outreach, and managing CRM tools.

- 0–2 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing (internship or freelance experience also counts).

- Work with product designers and mechanical engineers to create effective, viable and manufacturable machine part designs and assemblies.

Who you are:
